    Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Mittagessen auf Schloss Johannisberg in sehr schönem Ambiente und einen tollen Blick aus dem Wintergarten in das Rheingau.

    Ein wunderschönes Ambiente, sehr gepflegt. Der Service ist ausgesprochen nett und sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen sehr gut.

    Service hat nicht funktioniert. Und es herrschte Trubel. War zu laut! Kalbsschnitzel vorgekocht und mit altem Fleisch zubereitet, leider!

    Es wurde Favorite-Standard erwartet, aber wir wurden insgesamt enttäuscht. Die neue Einrichtung wirkt wie ein plüschiges Wohnzimmer aus den 1990er Jahren mit einem aus der Zeit gefallenen Veloursteppich (!?). Der Tisch für drei Personen winzig. Das Tartare kam angemacht ein wenig matschig daher. Die Seezunge sah aus wie aus dem Dampfgarer und eines der zwei bestellten Wiener Schnitzel (ein weiteres war perfekt) sah verunglückt aus wie von der Autobahnraststätte. Sehr gute traditionelle Bouillonkartoffeln. Bemuehter, fleissiger Service. Insgesamt noch Luft nach oben.

    Service, Ambiente und Essen – einfach rundum perfekt. Seit Jahren habe ich keinen so köstlich zubereiteten Fisch mehr genossen, natürlich mit der passenden Weinbegleitung. Ein großes Dankeschön an das tolle und überaus nette gesamte Team!
