Great service. Very, very attentive and careful with us. Food good, not great. Place was a bit too cold.
We live in West Palm Beach and our kids gave us a gift card for dinner at Scarpetta. Took the Brightline down. Was a lovely day.
Amazing food! Amazing service ! Everything was delicious! Server was really friendly, professional and knowledgeable! We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!
An incredible meal from start to finish. The chef’s tasting menu is the perfect way to experience what this menu has to offer. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff.
Great food and service
A different Italian restaurant to your traditional Italian restaurant but that is what made it unique.
A beachy vibe with the white walls and blue accents.
Quality of the food was there from the start and didn't disappoint.
My Ravioli was cooked wonderfully and tasted beautiful, melting in my mouth.
Service was great and was there when we needed it.
Would highly recommend going and enjoying a top-notch Italian meal.
Great food, outstanding service but the noise level was extremely loud, which made it virtually impossible to have a conversation with the person across the table from you.
Place is amazing. Went twice while in Miami and tried different things both times. No bad decisions here. Service was also amazing. This is now a favorite place of mine when in Miami!
All good pricey but worth it
Food and service was amazing the spaghetti was out of this world
Delicious! Far exceeded any expectations! I would highly recommend Scarpetta to anyone wanting authentic italian.
Fresh pasta and seafood were outstanding and perfectly flavored Dessert was exceptional! Service was warm and personable. Hope to eat here again!
Scarpetta was the most elegant experience we could have had on our birthday!!!! We had a six course meal that was out of this world. We had yellow tail tuna, short ribs and polenta, octopus, two pastas one was spaghetti and the ravioli, beef tenderloin, sea bass then dessert! Chocolate, sherbet and the house special. We were treated like royalty!
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this restaurant. I was expected so much more as this is the only restaurant Chef Conant is focusing on. The service was impeccable but the kitchen was not listening to the staff but rather treating this like a fast food restaurant. As it was my birthday I asked the server to wait between the appetizer and main meal course. She told us to let her know when we were ready for the main course and she would let the kitchen know. Instead the kitchen over ruled her and sent the entree BEFORE we were even done with our appetizer and our cocktails. In addition the duck my husband ordered was AWFUL. We was only able to eat three bites which were the only bites that were not tough and full of fat. Scarpetta's in Las Vegas which Chef Conant is no longer a part of the is the better restaurant. If you want a good meal worth the high price you are paying DO NOT go here.
Great food and service!
The noisiest restaurant I have ever been. You had to literally scream to the person across the table to be heard
The food was gut but the service excellent. Especially in an area like Miami Beach, where tourists flock and repeat customers are rare, cocktails are weak, and service tends to be subpar, our waiter Raoul was an absolute breath of fresh air! He provided excellent service and regaled is with his wonderful humor and eye for detail. Definitely a great experience and guess what? We’ll be repeat customers!
Dinner went perfect! We had a nice booth, service was outstanding, somalier excellent. All the appetizers amazing, especially tuna tartare. We tried four pastas, all great. My favourite foie gras. Me and my boyfriend, we both work in a hospitality business and we can recognize a good spot. You should definitely go!
Loved the food, excellent service from Brittany
Amazing food+Wine! Loved the ambience as well. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Dinner at an exceptional restaurant is more than just the food they serve. It is the experience as well as the cuisine. I’ve had dinner at Scarpetta NYC and it gets five stars across the board. Scarppeta Miami in the Fontainebleau hotel falls short. My girlfriend and I had dinner last night and were surprised with the total disregard by the hostess. We waited patiently to be seated and when we did, we were lead to a very nice table. Having a conversation with your guest was impossible as there were people screaming and acting as if they were in a sports complex. The diners around us were also turned off and as we were discussing it amongst ourselves, the waitress approached. I mentioned the antics and screaming to her only to be told “what can we do”? As we looked around we saw people dressed in tank tops, bathing trunks, and sneakers. Also a surprise. The staff and management seemed out of sorts and bumping into one another. Our reservation was for 9:15pm and did not receive our first course till 10:15. Not acceptable. The food and presentation are outstanding . Scarppetta NYC is well worth your time and money, but if you’re looking for an enjoyable evening out then you’re better off leaving the Miami location off your list. Too bad.
This is my favorite restaurant in Miami. Service is always excellent and the food is outstanding. The pastas, in particular, are my favorite items on the menu.
Many better choices in the area. When the best thing was the complimentary bread and downhill from there, not much else needs said.
Great service and great food! We truly enjoyed our experience at your restaurant!
Food was delicious, portions are on the small side. Was surprised by the automatic 18% service charge added to the bill!! Luckily my friend caught it!! Staff was friendly, runners were attentive, waitstaff was ok.... rushed the food out and then no where to be found after dessert. Never asked if we wanted coffee.... had to flag a manager to get some. Over all it was a nice evening but certainly not worth the price or the hype. Don’t think I will return again.
I stay at the fontainebleu a few times a year and I always loved dining at Scarpetta, even after Scott Conant left 4 years ago. I do not think I will go back to Scarpetta anymore. I dined there on Sunday night and had a poor experience. It started with a bad host stand experience as 1 host was deep in conversation. The other hostess was typing away or doing whatever under her tall desk and never looked up. I stood for a long time waiting for someone to acknowledge me until finally someone came to me and said do you have a reservation, with no other greeting. It was curt and uncaring. I was told to wait at the bar for my table but then I could not get the bartender's attention. NOT because she was busy, she was on the side tidying things up and moving bottles around and just never looked up. She finally came over to take my drink order. I ordered a martini but then there were no martini glasses so they had to send a runner for glasses while my drink sat in a mixer getting watery. This is very strange at 8pm during dinner service. Then when I finally got my drink, it was rushed and poorly made and filled 2/3 of the way with the 3 olives in it. It was watery and embarrassing for a martini. The bartender did not care. The gentleman to my left who got there several minutes after me was handed his martini at the same time. His martini was full. Completely ridiculous. Then I was told they cannot transfer a drink to the table, which again is odd for a "high end" restaurant, so once again I waited around trying get the aloof bartender's attention for my check. Our initial greeting at the table by Gil was very pleasant and relaxed us. Then he apparently left for the night before taking our orders. Completely bizarre. We never saw him after he dropped off bread. The experience went down from there and the food was luke warm at best. For $240 all in, this experience was poor. This restaurant has gone downhill. I am very disappointed.
Our server was outstanding! Loved all the gluten free options...especially the gluten free tiramisu!!! Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Miami.
great service and great atmosphere, definitely recommend to all Italian food fans
Everything was delicious, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, we had a really nice time.
Service was extremely slow and overall disappointing.
Great food but noisy and very cold in the room.
Overall a great experience with knowledgeable staff and great ambiance.
I tried the chefs sample. It was too much, great food, but the servings were huge.
Not what I expected. Service was mediocre. Not the worst but certainly not somewhere I would recommend.
Everything was wonderful.
My only concern, was the octopus appetizer that we had.
It was delicious and not rubbery, but it was very chewy.
Aside from that, we had a wonderful overall experience at Scarpetta.
Too loud space but we were sitting in the veranda.
Super chef, so that makes it of course
Such a perfect restaurant for any dinner
Food is always good and service excellent
Great food and service. Beautiful restaurant.
Had dinner to celebrate our son’s 20th birthday. The service and food were excellent. At our table we had the Pici Pasta (with mushrooms and asparagus), the Lobster Fettuccine, and the Orecchiette pasta special. All were fabulous! Our waiter, Eduardo, was very attentive. It was a most enjoyable dinner!
