View Private Dining DetailsThe food was fantastic..!! I plan to return on my next Miami visit.
The experience at the bar waiting area was very disappointing. We arrived 15 minutes earlier and sat down for drinks, we were totally ignored for the entire time. I has to go and order at the counter and the drinks were never served at the bar.
The very best food with even better service, ask for Ryan
I have been to some of the finest restaurants all around the world. I have to be honest. This tasting menu was by far the best ever. It was amazing. I loved every single bite. Me and my wife had the most amazibg culinary experience ever. Thank you!!!! 11 madison who??? Cant wait to come back!
Excellent food and service. One of the best pasta dishes! Must check it out when in town. Highly recommend it.
The signature spaghetti at Scarpetta was very good,, however the food & menu are dead / the kitchen has no soul & the tab was 475$ for 2
I would recommend sitting out near the windows, as the view is lovely of the shore, and the sound levels are moderate. Our server was attentive, the food was delicious, and it was heartening to find so many options for vegetarians. Yes, it was a bit $, but we had an excellent experience.
A special place for special occasions. Not cheap, but the food and service are worth it. You have never had Spaghetti with basil until you have had Scott Conant's. It is worth the $22. The wait-staff has layers and is very anxious to please. The restaurant is beautiful and there are two tables for two in the corners which give a fantastic view of everything going on. But you have to ask for them in advance.
We waited 45 minutes between our 3rd and 4th course. While they were apologetic and promised to "make it up to us" nothing was done. Unacceptable when your bill for 2 was $400!!!!!
Fabulous evening. Great food and atmosphere. The burrata was awesome. Arugula salad was devine as was the brazino. Very delightful experience. Five stars all around. Raul was excellent as well.
Very good gluten free meals. Perfect service . But very noisy because of more than 20 young peoples seated at different tables. Managment should have planned and placed that group together in the same corner and placed couple in a different area.
Good, atmosphere and service was excellent.
Everyone was very helpful and the service was great! Needed help selecting a wine and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the sommelier and his patience. The food was delicious and definitely order the Don Franco!

Very good service, delicious food!
Very nice wine list....
Great pasta and the fish was outstanding. Portions were right sized
Went for the first time and absolutely enjoyed. The food was incredible, it was not noisy at all (though I went early at 7pm) and the staff was very attentive. Overall we enjoyed everything about the place. We are definitely planning on going back.
So happy with this restaurant. The pasta is amazing. Great service too!
Always excellent food and excellent service, thank you again
The food and service at Scarpetta was excellent ! Would definitely recommend this restaurant. I personally had the short rib ravioli which was phenomenal. Great ambiance as well !
Amazing service, food, & atmosphere!
As a vegetarian, appreciated the lentils w/roasted tomatoes! Hard to find good, tasty, creative protein sources at restaurants!
My friend loved the roasted chicken!
Extremely overpriced
Our server was excellent
Great, but so many kids
What a lovely experience for my husband & I. The service was outstanding. For dinner we had the spaghetti, Duck&Foie Gras Ravioli which did not disappoint for a scott conant restaurant. I like my wine sweet so the server recommended the Moscato which was just perfectly paired with my meal.
I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting in Miami.
Service was superb. Food was good.
The duck & foie gras ravioli was amazing!
Food was good except didi not like brunzino dinner entree.
The food is amazing, the service was amazing and the wine was amazing. Can’t wait for an opportunity to go back!
Much to be desired.
Surprised how bad the food was.
The area we sat in was loud with kids screaming , it is a hotel restaurant. Was seated in the patio area and it was loud and not enjoyable. Had to send back to bottles of bad wine (which I hate to do). The food was average at best. Pasta is good but very expensive for a bowl of pasta that you could eat anywhere. Fish was not tasty at all. Wont be going back, too many good places to dine at
We were here for a family vacation. Of course we are Scott Conant fans and were happy to hear Scarpetta has a sister at the Fountainebleu. We did the tasting which at 95$ was a great value. More food than we could eat and all of the highlights from the menu. We are ruined as far as spaghetti goes. We will never be able to eat it anywhere else. It was that good. The foie and Marsala ravioli were so supple, so tasty we would have been happy if nothing else came out. Polenta was strangely runny and liquidy. It tasted good but I had trouble keeping it on my spoon. Perhaps this is how Italian polenta is made but I am used to a heartier thicker variety with some texture. This was almost pure butter. Good but strangely lubricating in all the wrong ways. Small setbacks. The cut of sirloin dry aged for 45 days was better than some Japanese wagyu I have had and the sauce! Divine droplets of stock simmered to perfection! Bra Zion was well cooked but this fish is over served but my wife loved it. Of course she has never met a white flaky fish she didn’t like. The dessert. OMG the dessert. We adore guava, we love guava, and the Cuban desert pastry is my first love in Miami’s food scene. But guava Panna cotta with pineapple nibbles soaked in the same guava sauce sent us over the edge. We gibbered for a while in ecstasy then mused at the generous portion we could not finish. But the dark dark chocolate cake next to it? Enough. Food was amazing. Service was great. But the tasting. Took 2 1/2 hours with long delays before the entree where we exhausted our conversational skills. Come hungry, don’t drink before, and be prepared to talk a lot. The driving club best music was amusing for the first hour but got old. A little Frank or some Italian music would have. Even nice. Cool decor had us feeling we were in the ballroom of a beautiful cruise ship from a past century. 18% mandatory service charge is pretty common in high end Miami restaurants so plan for it. Wine list is nice.
Amazing food, great service. Kudos to manager John Thai.
Great octopus and gluten-free options for my wife.
Well done!
Awesome! Will definitely return.
Great Food and service!
Short ribs were great. Halibut and snapper were v tasty too. Panna cotta was not what we expected but very good.
My girlfriend and I had the tasters menu and it was phenomenal!
Excellent restaurant in Fountainebleau Resort. Lively atmosphere! Delicious meal. Must get the braised short rib pasta. Our service was friendly and impeccable! A must go if you are in Miami Beach!
Everything was incredible. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the food was positively divine!
