Amazing! Get the duck ravioli!
I left the note that it was my husband’s birthday. They wished us happy anniversary......
Great food and service.. highly recommended.
Good was very late, service slow and food subpar
Excellent wine list and food. The pasta is wonderful. My only issue was that too much salt was used. The staff replaced our sides, and never skipped a beat. Also, have a night cap at the bar. An overall wonderful dining experience.
Excellent service and an excellent dinner. Xxxxxxcxcccxxxx
So many interesting choices but you can only pick 1 - what a challenge! We were a party of 4 and everyone raved about their entrees. All you need to know from our experience is that it checks off all the boxes when you're expecting a fine Italian meal!
Fabulous staff, my server was the best!! Love it ❤️❤️
Fabulous all around.
We alway eat at Scarpetta in every city there is a location
When traveling. Always great newer disappointed
I was on a work trip at the Fontainebleau and randomly chose Scarpetta. It exceeded my expectations! Our server, Raul really made the experience special. He picked out the perfect bottle of wine and I had the classic spaghetti- it was life changing.
Always consistent! Excellent food and impeccable service. Careful and varied options for gluten free guests. Love this restaurent.
The food was amazing. Have to try the tiramisu!!!
Limited space between tables; expensive for the amount of food served. Service was too quickly. Give an impression of get rid of the customer quickly.
We had the chef’s tasting menu and a sommelier recommended wine. Everything was was very good. Service was great. The servings were too large to finish.
Service was impeccable and manager visited us twice to see if everything was to our satisfaction! Food was above excellent and portions were perfect to allow us to even share a dessert.. Well done! There was even an incident where a table of girls did a “dine and dash” The couple next to us spotted them at the bar downstairs and came back and reported it!! The manager handled it in a very professional manner and the waitress got paid! Great detective work by all
As I explained to management the normally incredible polenta with mushrooms was too little and too watery. The ramekins were not even half full and I needed a soup spoon to eat it.
The fact that they didn’t offer to take it off the bill was in retrospect a bit annoying
It is still my favorite Miami restaurant but since I always praise it I figure that I shoul complain a bit when it is deserved.
Very expensive, taking advantage of the Natpe convention to charge a fixed menu $50. Small pasta and dessert ! For lunch!
The biggest drawback was having to navigate the Fountainbleau valet and crowds; I expected more from this restaurant. We were seated at a table I wouldn’t consider premium by any means despite an early dinner reservation and plenty of room in the main dining room. I would not return. My husband did love the spaghetti and he enjoyed the duck. I had fish which was ok.
Absolutely fantastic! Will be back!
Service was better than excellent. Food flavor and taste was superb. Lobster and scallops were a little rubbery. But otherwise a very good experience!
Amazing food. Never fails to impress. Ryan our waiter was great. Very accommodating and professional
On vacation with my babe amazing food
Rauol was very helpful in helping us decide what to get for the evening and was very funny as well. We had the burrata, two Spaghettis, the veal chop, and the chocolate cake and everything was incredible. We were celebrating an achievement of my boyfriends and Rauol took note of that and brought our dessert out with a “Congratulations” written out in chocolate - always a nice touch!
Also, we didn’t have any wine but I kept admiring the Somellier with other tables. It’s obvious that he’s very passionate about wine and a great sommelier can make all the difference in a special evening out.
Will definitely return next time that we’re in Miami!
Great brunch lots verity we both loved it
Our waiter who was born in Venice was fantastic— he gave us excellent recommendations and made me an affogato— my favorite Italian dessert ( expresso and vanilla ice cream) even though it wasn’t in the menu.
The food was delicious— best branzino I have had in a long time!
My husband loved his pasta,too.
Dined there to celebrate friends anniversary. Food was good however portions were small and pricey. Server was very attentive.
Everything was perfect! Only negative was we had to change tables as AC was much too cold and blasting.
Other than that it was simply spectacular.
Our food took 90 minutes. There was a large party and our server said our meals were put in before the large party. Manager came over to see how we were. We expressed our concerns but that was it. Wan bam thank you man. Not even a glass of wine bought or a dessert for the wait.
The best dish is the simplest: spaghetti with tomato & basil. Absolutely perfect.
Light bursts of delectable flavors from appetizers to dessert will dance on your palate. The branzino cream ceviche salad is surprisingly refined and refreshing. The foie gras marsala agnolotti melts in your mouth. The short rib bites under dome are decadent as are the short rib agnolottis. The deconstructed coffee crunch ice cream tiramisu is a perfect finish. Yes you will want to 'scarpetta' each and every plate not leaving a drop. The service is impeccable and the ambiance is warm and inviting. The only thing missing is Frank Sinatra crooning....
Great food, excellent service, and cozy ambience!
All about the food. Everything was made to perfection!
Scarpetta I’ve heard serves delicious pasta. We ordered tagliatelle with lobster and asparagus and the tagliatelle were stuck together making the pasta thick. There was ample lobster in it but was dry and bland. I had the tuna tartar and that was also a bit bland.
Fantastic evening! Delicious food and outstanding service. Our favorite meal amongst the Fontainebleau restaurants at which we dined.
Food was excellent. As was service and ambiance. Highly recommend.
Delicious food and great service. The white truffle pasta was fantastic.
The Bar area has the best ambiance. The food is outstanding and so the wine. They have GF pasta that tastes amazing . It is much appreciated as well.
