   A nice break from the beachfront hotels. The red interior with Andy Warhol prints gives the place a unique feel for Barbados. Overall, the food and service was very good. I’d recommend the Jerk Chicken

   We always try and go to Scarlet, the cocktails are great - Moscow Mule - the staff are friendly and the food tastes excellent. Had the blackened catch of the day and home made doughnuts for dessert.

   One of the best restaurants in barbados! Food amazing with friendly staff. The restaurant is very accommodating (we were 15 mins late) Got to have the fried chicken, and nothing else all day as the portions are huge!

   Fish pie was very nice but had only one type of fish - most likely mahi mahi. Would have been a little more interesting with the odd prawn thrown in! Overall a good experience.

   Great vibe, terrific food, staff was super friendly and made us feel so comfortable. A great mix of comfort food with a Bajan flair. Don't miss it.

   Scarlet was recommended by a fellow guest and we were not disappointed. The outside is Scarlet very simple and gives you no real idea of what to expect. The inside is WOW scarlet with pictures of Marilyn Monroe and Jackie Kennedy. Great bar with lots of cocktail making. We were quickly shown to our seats and provided with an extensive drinks list including an abundance of cocktails which we worked our way hrough. The food menu was varied with several specials and the hardest decision was to make a choice. Cocktails were amazing and the food delicious lots of local ingredients - we chose a mix of tasty starters then for Main Bajan sausage, fish pie and salmon skewers .All were well cooked and served with thought. A great find- do not judge from the outside - book you will not be disappointed.

   Scarlet is Fun Friendly and Fab. We eat here every time we stay at the Tamarind hotel in Barbados.

    What a fantastic place, it’s a shame I didn’t discover it sooner. The food , the service , the atmosphere are amazing. If you come to Barbados you’ve definitely got to go there. Definitely as good a place as the more well known restaurants.
