   Service was outstanding, but for Mother's Day Brunch the food took forever to come out and multiple dishes came out cold.

   Attended for Mother’s Day Brunch, it was my parents first time there and they both loved it! My parents, my husband and I all enjoyed our meals. Our server was super friendly and attentive considering how busy they were. The wait wasn’t as long as we anticipated, our reservation was at 11:15 and we were out just around 1pm so not too bad. The food was delicious and the drinks were great too! Thinking of going back for Father’s Day!

   My family of 7 came here after my college graduation to celebrate, we had a reservation and showed up on time. The restaurant was mostly empty when we were seated, and our orders were taken within 10 minutes or so. After waiting a while, we were told that our orders had been placed right after a very large party that was in the event room. We ended up having to wait over an hour for our food (4 of us even ordered the exact same thing). The staff was kind and apologetic, and the food and drinks were very good, we were just very hungry after sitting in a 3 hour long graduation all morning and felt like we could have been prioritized a little bit more.

   We had drinks at the bar, there was live music. Not something I’m a fan of, but that’s just me. The food was, as always, incredible. Very friendly, attentive service. Jordan was terrific:)

   We had a great experience here in December when we came for brunch, we were able to order appetizers, delicious brunch meals, and dessert. We returned to celebrate a family member’s birthday last weekend. They took appetizers and desserts off the brunch menu. There was no salt or pepper on the tables, and no choice of what kind of hot tea. The waiter was attentive, but the experience was not what we had come to expect from dining here previously. This may be our last brunch at Scarlet Knife.

   Food was very delicious. The dessert room was very nice as well. The only issue was service. We didn't get anyone coming over to get our order for anything for at least 20 minutes. Then when we were ready to leave the dessert room we had to try to track down our waiter in order to check out. If they improve their service, this would be a five star place.

   We were permitted to go beyond our reservation time. Relaxing and enjoying our specialty cocktail for a Christmas dinner. Many new restaurants are sporting the clean crisp industrial look, Scarlet Knife does also. Conducive to loud conversations as the establishment fills. I am a tall average weight woman. Sitting in a booth the cushion was comfortable but the table came nearly to my neck.... I could have used a pillow.

   Love this restaurant. Brunch entrees are imaginative and well presented. We shared an order of oysters… wonderfully fresh with flavorful sauces. My sister wanted a dish not on the menu… Chef was very accommodating. Waitress was friendly and efficient. They have a singer on Sundays as well. Always someone different and usually very talented.

    Overall the food was very good and the Service was excellent. The prices were quite high however. 19 dollars for a gin cocktail was kinda crazy. I think we will be going there sparingly. Dessert room is a must however!
