Sunday Brunch was amazing. Great value and fun items on the menu to try and share.
Service was amazing!!!
Avery was so great! We will definitely be back! Thank you.
Sawyetr brings excellence in every aspect, from the service to the food. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive; it was our first time, and we asked mostly about the food. The food. The food! By far, some of the most delicious food we’ve had in months! We had four shared plates — the pork buns, ceviche, lamb satay, and French dip and easily could have ordered more! (Too bad our pants were growing tighter by the bite!). This dinner also was to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and they offered us a dessert on the house. The Choco tacos were the perfect end to our meal and experience at Sawyer.
Really great service and well-prepared to meet potential concerns around safety for Covid with outside seating options. All of the dishes were delicious. I would definitely come here again.
Sawyer is hands down my favorite restaurant in Seattle right now, I recommend it to everyone
What a wonderful experience! The food was fabulous, delicious, interesting, well prepared And our waiter really made the meal special by his suggestions for the order of courses, the food and the wine. He was attentive without being overbearing.
We wanted to sit outside buy couldn't and felt very safe because of the high ceilings and spacing of diners.
Go! You'll be glad you did.
The food was excellent. My wife and I got the pork belly steam buns, pretzel, tater tots, ceviche, udon noodles and lamb satay. (we like to eat) Everything was delicious, especially the choco taco for dessert. And Kyle was a great server for us, checked on us a decent amount and was very personable. Will be coming back, for sure.
Lovely covered outside space. Wonderful food with interesting delicious flavor combinations.
This place has a fantastic brunch! Don’t miss out on the monkey bread.
I love Sawyer, always great food. We forgot to change our reservation from 2 to 3, and we had our toddler with us. They made us feel like it was not a problem, changed our table and didn’t try to make us feel bad about it. Sawyer has delicious dinner options and we now love their brunch too. I love all the little things they do to make a nice experience, it would be a great restaurant to bring friends visiting SEA
Very interesting place to eat - the small plates allow you to try many different types of food and drink for a great experience. Everything was top notch, and the service attentive and many nice touches to keep things safe.
Definitely one of my favorite restaurants! Just felt the dilly bar was a bit much.
Brunch for our wedding anniversary
Great food, amazing service. I will definitely be back soon.
I've been to Sawyer four times, and it's exceptional every time. The pork belly steamed buns are OUTSTANDING!! I've had steamed buns many times, but these are truly the best I've ever had. The chef has truly taken these to the next level. They're so fluffy...they're like biting into a heavenly cloud of deliciousness. And I absolutely LOVE the artichokes, I always order them. The French Dip is so satisfying as well, all the components of the dish are exceptionally delicious.
In my view, Sawyer's the best restaurant in town. Hands down!!
we loved it! can't wait to go back again....everything was yummy!
This was my first time there. Avery our server went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. Would definitely go back
Outstanding food, we were super happy every was excellent. Great ceviche and 4 leches cake.
Wife and I got some time away from kids and ate brunch here on a Sunday. We were impressed by the indoor and outdoor dining spaces and felt comfortable with the distancing. All staff wore masks the entire time we were there and made sure service was prompt and courteous while respecting the guidelines.
We shared Pork Belly Buns, Breakfast Potatoes, Albacore and Crab Ceviche and the grits. Our clear favorites were the grits (heaven) and the potatoes (7th heaven).
Needless to say, we’ll be back next chance we get. Thank you Sawyer for a wonderful experience. Just what we needed for our time away.
Brunch was awesome
Service food and ambiance all top notch. Always a favorite.
Great food, pork belly steam buns can use more flavor and maybe a little crispier
Great food and service from our waitress! Try it you won't be disappointed.
We have been here before and loved it. Not sure what happened with the wait staff this time but they were scattered and annoying. The food was good as always but not worth it.
We were here on a quiet Thursday night and able to get a table outside. It feels like a luxury during COVID to be able to enjoy any fine dining. The ambiance is Seattle casual, but the food is lovely. We enjoyed a perfect ceviche and the watermelon salad was delightful. The beer choices are odd and should be expanded, but the wine options were solid. It was a lovely evening all told.
Everything was great! Will absolutely eat there again!!
This is one of the best restaurants we’ve been to while traveling. We loved that the food was very affordable for the quality and thought put into each dish. It was comfort food menu, but when the dishes came out it was obvious they took this comfort food dishes to the next level. We had the watermelon salad, tater tots, pork shoulder, and chicken yakitori. Each dish was spectacular in the timing, presentation, flavors, and uniqueness. Next time we’re in Seattle, we’re coming back here and telling our friends and family to definitely make this a stop when they visit Seattle.
Delicious food, wonderful service. Can’t wait to visit again!
Outstanding food and service. Has become the best restaurant in Seattle. Inventive, delicious small and large plates.
The food was delicious. If you’re looking for a brunch spot that does not disappoint then you don’t want to miss Sawyer. My date and I split the monkey bread, the vegetarian hash, and the pork buns on Sunday brunch and we ate it all. Love!
Another amazing meal at Sawyer! This time I especially enjoyed my Brunch cocktail called 'Somewhat Charlotte"
Went to Sawyer for brunch on a sunny Sunday. We were seated outside, per my OpenTable reservation request. The part of the porch we were seated at around 10:30am was very sunny. The sun was on us the entire time, making the duration of our time at Sawyer quite warm/sweaty. There were more shared parts of the porch available. Besides being at an unfortunate part of the porch, it was spacious. Even following social distancing guidelines: there were ~7 other tables outside with seating occupancy around 2-4 per table.
I ordered a grapefruit mimosa, and the veggie hash. My guest and I split the pancake which was served in a skillet. The pancake was sweet but such a treat to share. My veggie hash dish was very good as well. The portions were too large for either my guest or I to finish our meals without to go boxes. I would recommend Sawyer and plan to return.
Lovely brunch before the Ballard farmers market. Tons of patio tables & open windows in the dining room with good COVID protocols, good service and great food. We will be back.
Fantastic food, the ribs may have been the best I’ve had and the pork belly steam buns are a MUST!
Great food and service. This is a gem in Ballard!!
Took a friend that had not been before. Great food and wine pairing. Great fun server.
Sawyer always exceeds expectations, the food and drinks are delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. Best restaurant in Seattle!
We had a delicious meal on the patio and our server was very attentive. I especially liked the watermelon/cucumber/feta salad. Beautiful evening!
They had everyone spread out. With the large open window walls it felt like open air. Service was great. Food was so creative. Amazing mixes of food and very good.
