Our first ever visit here was during COVID times and it truly felt like we time-traveled back to 2019 with how comfortable the setting was. The service was stellar, the food was delish. It's definitely a special occasion kind of place and we loved it!

Outside dining was safe, warm and quiet. Food was fantastic. Lovely bday celebration for my husband with great friends. Staff was attentive and wore masks.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I went for lunch as a birthday treat for my mother. There weren’t a lot of tables seated at the time we were there which I appreciated however, the service was a bit lacking because the host was also waiting on our table and other tables outside. That meant that he wasn’t attentive to us and the wait time for the food and to see him when we needed things was longer than I would have liked. The food was good and We enjoyed everything that we had. The sides were generous but I thought the dessert and entrees we ordered were a bit overpriced for the portion. I would consider giving this restaurant another try but I would hope for a better experience.

We enjoy the food, $55.00 for dover sole is a bit ridiculous

We ate inside. We ordered more appetizers than guests and they were good although the soup was served cold from a kitchen 10 feet away. One guest ordered pasta which arrived with the pasta mostly stuck together. Did not eat it. The other guest order filet with a side of lobster. The lobster was good but the filet lacked flavor and since that was the only portion we all ate for dinner we all agreed. I had the lobster risotto. It was the worst. Couldn’t even eat the risotto. Picked out the lobster which was ok. The desert we ordered and split. Bread pudding with ice cream. We only ate the ice cream, nobody liked the cake part. I didn’t complain because we were celebrating something and didn’t want to completely ruin the evening. I would have mentioned something but nobody asked how our meal was even though when cleared the plates were still full. The only one to ask interestingly enough was the valet. Expensive but that’s fine if the food was food, which is wasn’t.

Our server was great. Food is always really good at Savona. The tent was nicely set up with distanced tables and heaters. It was actually too warm at times! Overall another nice experience.

This is my fourth time at Savona since the pandemic. They have done a wonderful job setting up a safe dining experience in the tent. My only negative comment is the mark up on wine.. $50 for $20 bottle of wine

Our second dining experience at Savona was great! Unfortunately they ran our of bread pudding but ill have to get it next time. Staff was super busy but they were able to let us know the wait time since take out line was long and kitchen was at full capacity. We liked our seats but the one table near us was a bit loud when they talked but it was kinda fun to eavesdrop on their convo. Overall a great time!

First time bat this restaurant. We decided to try it for Valentines Day. We loved the spinach salad and BBQ chicken meatballs. I got the veal Milanese which was quite good. We skipped dessert due to only 4 options that we did not care for but otherwise were quite satisfied! We will return in the future

Great time Valentine’s Day brunch

Good was wonderful, service exceptional.. the only draw back was being seated near the kitchen. It was extremely loud.

Everything was great seemed like the owner or manager was helping everyone out on Saturday the 13th, seemed like all the staff was genuinely happy

Since the pandemic, Savonna has provided a safe, warm, and romantic atmosphere to enjoy a meal. The tent structure outside of the restaurant is beautifully lit. The wait staff is impeccable. The special last Saturday was Dover sole on lemon butter with a vegetable cream sauce on the side. Absolutely my favorite. It was grilled lightly, with the texture very delicate and the flavor moist and delicious. Whenever we go we always order the fresh oysters for appetizer. We are never disappointed. There are other delicious choices that I have tried but would not be able to write it all in this review. I highly recommend going out for date night at Savonna. You will not be disappointed.

Great food and the service was good too! The outdoor tent was warm and felt very COVID-safe.

Delicious food and great spot for a special date night. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. We shared the scallops and pappardelle and veal. The pasta tasted fresh made and the scallops were so juicy! The veal was a flop in our opinion. Tasted like country fried beef. Other than that miss tho, the night was great and we will be going back!

Had Valentine's Day celebration this weekend at Savona. We had traditional indoor reservations, which are separate from the outdoor tent. Everyone well-spaced apart. Everything from our server (John)/service to the food and ambience was outstanding as usual. We very much enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend to anyone looking to dine out for a special meal - you can do so safely at Savona!

Meals are always consistently well prepared...the Dover Sole a standout...and the cocktails perfectly mixed!

Everything was very nice and our server was great, but we felt like you got very little food for the prices. We were not exactly full when we left.

Everything was really great, because of COVID the atmosphere wasn’t what it usually is but that was really no big deal, everything else was great. Our waiter excellent and the food was great always one of our favorite places.

There was a party of 5 for brunch, the food was amazing, service great. I have been a regular here since I moved to the area. I really enjoy neighborhood gems and this is one of them.
