Great location. Excellent customer service . The food was great. Highly recommend this place
we had a nice mothers day brunch Sunday .everything was executed well but we were disappointed with the number of menu options. It was difficult for everyone to find something they really liked . that being said we always enjoy the dinner menu when we dine there.
Perfect Mothers Day brunch! I could not of asked for a better meal or service.
Food and service very good. They were great about accommodating a vegan diet for one in our party. We ate inside although there was covered outdoor seating available. I couldn’t tell if it was heated. Would definitely return.
Excellent food and service. The only problem was we sat outdoors and it was extremely cold. There was only one heater, I would recommend upgrading their outdoor heating system. I had the Risotto and Dover Sole, both were incredibly good.
This place is overly overpriced. Food is nothing special. So our expectations were higher. Location is good and offers sufficient personal space.
Loved the halibut entree!!!
There was a rather noisy private party going upstairs. However, Brandon’s attentive service was truly fantastic and made the noise bearable. My sister, mother , and I were there to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Again, the service was fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious with the courses timed well, everything overall was really beautiful.
Graduation celebration, food was great
Our overall experience was very good, and the service was excellant. My only real cpmplaint is while the food was very good, I found the menu to be very limited, and I was very disapointed with the dessert menu.
Was really disappointed that a high-end restaurant didn’t have the extra touch we were expecting. Just not special which is what you want from a high-end restaurant where we were celebrating a special celebration. Music too loud, table in the front near a small child and door, oysters that were super small, just lacked the special touch.
Went to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Everything was amazing. Exceptional service and fantastic food and drinks
Excellent food and great service. Highly recommend the margherita pizza.
Service was great. Food was average nothing to really rave about
Always a great meal! Food, service, wine, excellent!
The outdoor space (a large high-top tent) created for COVID use was elegant and spacious. Our meal overall was very good, with one significant exception; my ribeye steak was both a poor cut and overcooked (disappointing for the most expensive item on the menu). Service also could have been a bit more attentive.
Robbie was an outstanding waiter who made our lunch experience so enjoyable!!
We really enjoyed our evening at Savona! From the moment we walked in, the valet, the host and the wait staff everyone was so sweet and friendly! We had a decent bottle of Red and the gentlemen who brought us our wine was great and engaging. The only issue we had was that it took roughly 90 mins for us to get our food. Now, we totally understand that the restaurant was a little busy however, that's too long of a wait. When the food came out it was delicious! We would absolutely come back! I just hope that the next time the wait to get our food isn't so long.
Wow! 😍 what an amazing night we had! Food, ambiance, service
We enjoyed celebrating here after my daughter’s First Holy Communion. We had a larger than expected party and were so graciously accommodated. The wine cellar was perfect. The service was excellent. The food was delicious! Your staff was so friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Thank you!
Our waiter was indifferent and flat out lied to us. Another table had olive oil poured on their bread plates and bread served. When I asked our server if there was something to go with the bread plate, he said no, it’s for sharing plates. Poor! The menu was meat heavy, even the salmon was served with pancetta.
Very good lunch, service was excellent. My entree was not what I ordered and they quickly replaced it.
I wish they would serve ice with the water. It starts out chilled, but quickly warms up. Bread was not offered.
will return, the soup was excellent.
Robbie terrific server, knowledgable, friendly and efficient.
We had a fabulous meal, great service, and enjoyed the ambiance. Highly recommend the warm asparagus salad. It was superb! I can’t wait to go back! It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from beginning to end!
Initially we went for restaurant week. We decided to order from the regular menu. I overheard the waiter tell the table next to us the night’s s special. Had we heard the specials we would have all chosen a special. Disappointment was felt. We said we wish we had know, the waiter didn’t even offer to check if our choices could be changed. We made several requests related to our bill. Our waiter said it could be done. Once the bill came, there was a mistake. When we brought it to the waiters attention, we could hear him complaining as he fixed the bill. Totally unprofessional!! Everyone else was nice and the food was good, but....
Outstanding salmon, sides and gelato. Delightful drinks & wine selection. Wonderful, prompt but not intrusive service by a nice lady named Kristin and Will. A real neighborhood Italian gem, that I highly recommend.
Good food and service. Bit cold outside but nice ambience
Our group had bulk of the folks vegetarian and our server was extremely nice and flexible in providing modification options. We ended having a great time!
Celebrated two birthdays.
I wish all 9 of us could have sat together instead of at two tables but would definitely go back.
Awesome as always! Great food, Great Service, Nice outdoor option.
Food was outstanding and the service was great! A little slow start but that was simply a function of how busy/crowded they were. Unfortunately the party of 10 that shared our somewhat private dining nook was loud and obnoxious. Some of their dinner topics were inappropriate and the language was offensive. Not the restaurants fault but nevertheless took away from our experience. With that said, that would not deter us from returning.
The first time out dining together since the pandemic began and a good friend’s birthday. Great food, great service and great ambiance.
Great place to go on a date. Food options were excellent.
First time out to Savona for KOP Restaurant week. Great ambiance and food. Will definitely be back to celebrate again.
Celebrating my husband’s birthday. Did not know our seating preference or about the birthday yet I had entered both in open table. Greeted nicely. Great cocktail with bourbon and lemon. Pizza was good. Veal was tough and soggy. Clams on the half shell were ok. Scallops were good. Server had to go to the outside tent and was not attentive. Inside seating was in need for repair. Kitchen was loud. Overall disappointing but would go back for pizza and sit outside.
Great service and food!!!!
The service at this restaurant is really lovely. We were three friends who hadn't seen one another for a long time. No one rushed us through our lunch.
We shared a delicious arugula salad. Then 2 of us had eggplant parmesan that was excellent. Our friend had the meatballs as her main course and said they were excellent as well.
I would have enjoyed some good bread with my lunch but they do not serve bread at lunch, apparently.
Food was great, service was outstanding. The staff did a great job with all health and safety protocols. Will be back!
we were seated in the outside tent which was nicely done however it was quite chilly, people were wearing coats. We were almost done dinner when they turned the heat on. We had a 6:15 reservation. Food was not exceptional . Service was fair, waiter cleared plates and then set them back on the table to gather more. Had to ask for wine twice.
Dessert was delivered by food runner without the espresso component. Overall an expensive dinner without a wow factor.
The food, service and ambiance were perfect. We will be back again.
