Lovely view of harbor. Very prompt seating. Service was excellent. We went for brunch. Food was average. Great place to celebrate a special occasion. You will have to park in garage across the street.
Great place to eat with beautiful view of harbor!
I met a friend for a business meeting. It is in a good location overlooking the marina. the menu is a bit limited but expected for a hotel restaurant. The service was very attentive and friendly. I will return to this location.
Very basic ambiance with gnats and flys. High expectations of a water view while dining was not met. This is simply a hotel restaurant with a brunch menu, not a brunch event .
Service from our server was poor and untimely. We waited at our table for 30 mins before placing our food order while needing refills. Server served the tables around us who were seated after us . When food order was placed , warm food arrived very quickly. Spoke with manager about our concerns .Server continued to give poor service. Would not recommend, plenty of better options near by.
Service was fast and food was ok
Our party ate brunch here. We asked for outdoor dining, unfortunately it was hot outside and they didn't have a canopy, kabana, umbrella or anything to protect you from the heat. The food was very good. Although the mimosas weren't that good. Our server was very polite and friendly. However, the biggest problem was the restaurant and its bathrooms were dirty. They need to clean the facility. I would expect a Marriott owned restaurant to be better than this. For this reason, I probably won't go back.
From the food to our server (Marta), the experience was excellent!
Food was great. I enjoy coming back here.
Very kind wait staff. Food was delicious! Had a great time celebrating our 25th Anniversary.
Very friendly staff; great location with fantastic views of the Ferris wheel (we could sit outside overlooking the harbor). Good was excellent. Staff accommodated special requests.
We had to wait for 10 minutes before being greeted by hostess. Once they came, the service was good
I reserved the establishment for a birthday event.. my crab omelette was watery, my friends corned beef hash wasn’t cooked.. I also asked for mimosas and my champagne bottle was brought to the table, i had to open it myself and i had to ask for a bucket for it to sit in and chill.. the birthday cake came out before we were ready for it, no candles and when asked about a candle. Very disappointed in the quality of food and service.
It was a great experience. The view was perfect and my steak 🥩 was cooked exactly like I asked
Brought my mom to celebrate her birthday.
The food was good. The variety was decent for a brunch menu. Everything we ordered was filling and our server was really nice.
I would like to see the furniture updated. The table top seemed worn and had an unclean appearance due to the wear. Also, the seat of the chair that I was supposed to sit in looked horrible. It really should be removed from the table.
The ambiance was nice. We were seated at a window looking out on the water. There was a bridal brunch happening across from our table and it was so nice to see all of the ladies celebrating the bride-to-be.
We were celebrating a friend's birthday and thought brunch were be a good idea. Well that was a mistake, the service was a bit slow, eggs were cold and crab cake sandwich was soggy. The banana french toast was delicious and the scenery is lovely, but the flies were a distraction.
The Ribs and Wings are very good. I would order to go. Ambience and Staff?
We ate breakfast outside and had a great view and great service
The view, staff, and food were all perfect. I would definitely recommend.
The waiter hardly came to check on us and the food wasn’t very good at all. I won’t return.
I was glad that I made reservations because it was very crowded. However, the front desk host made sure everything was running smoothly and everyone was getting service fast. The food was good and the servers were attentive. We sat outside and the view was amazing. I would recommend.
I really enjoyed the Chesapeake Omelette while sitting riverside. Very peaceful.
Fast service and delicious food! We had the salmon, ribeye, and crab cakes.
Our 1st visit to Sauciety and it won’t be the last! We all had the filet mignon and it was EXCELLENT! We had a lovely table near the window. Our server, Philip was very kind and efficient.
The menu was very limited compared to nearby restaurants and the interior of the restaurant was not appealing.
The inside of the restaurant is exceptionally loud, so we opted to sit outside. The staff is very friendly, but probably understaffed so be prepared to spend an extra hour between waiting to get seated, waiting to get a menu, and getting to order.
The food is alright but, not a must. I ordered the crab Flatbread and it was over cooked. The Hennessey Punch was a nice drink.
Food and service very good. Salmon dish was very flavorful. Tables and chairs very worn and dated.
Everything was great! Lovely staff even took a picture of us.
Dining tables are horrible, need table cloths to cover scratches. A Rat was seen running across the window outside.
I love Sauciety. The food is great and the service was always pleasant. But this time there were flies everywhere. It was hard to enjoy our meal. Aside from that, a nice visit.
Such a disappointment! First of all let’s just say the only saving grace of this restaurant is it’s amazing view and pretty good food. From the second we arrived I knew we had made a mistake. The hostess was seemingly irritated by our arrival even though we had a reservation, our chairs were dirty our table was dirty and there was a fly constantly buzzing around us. (I get that this isn’t really their fault but it didn’t really help add to our experience or sense of cleanliness!) Before we had ordered the waiter approached us with plastic cutlery and paper napkins and asked if we would mind using those as they had run apparently run out of the regular kind you would expect in an actual restaurant! I wasn’t sure whether it was napkins or cutlery they had run out of but we managed to get actual silverware- eventually, and had to use the paper napkins. This is no big deal if the rest of the experience had been better. The menu was limited but the food was actually surprisingly good, however the restaurant had all the ambience of a school cafeteria. The worst thing was that the waiter wanted to bring the bill without first asking us if we would like desserts or coffee. When we asked to see the dessert menu he told us we could “take our time.” Then he proceeded to hover around us rushing us to make a decision. When we said that we had decided not to have esserts or coffee he brought our checks and when we did not move quick enough for us gave them to us individually in a very pointed manner saying “this is yours and this is yours and this is yours” and then again hovered while we took out our cards. Overall pretty disappointing for the Westin, and for the location in National Harbor. I expected far better. Very disappointing and I will not return or recommend this restaurant to anyone else.
I had reservation so I was seated very quickly. I went to the brunch and the food was really good and service was great from our waitress Martha.
We went there for Sunday Brunch for the first time. We dined inside and the spacing was comfortable. The views of the pier, waterfront, and the DMV skyline were wonderful. My wife had the Chesapeake Omelet and it was delicious, very flavorful and the right seasoning. She wanted even more of the spice that was used and for the onions to be diced up a little more. Our daughter had the Harborview Breakfast and she loved the potatoes and the bacon, once they cooked them extra crispy. I had the Classic Eggs Benedict and the eggs were poached perfect, perfectly seasoned potatoes and the hollandaise sauce was the right consistency and flavor. The waiter was attentive given Carlos had responsibility both inside and outside tables. The hostess Joy was very pleasant and hospitable and continued to check on us throughout the meal.
I would recommend Sauciety for a Sunday brunch with great food, great views for a reasonable price.
Great place for breakfast in the morning.
Had a great date night on the harbor. Outdoor dining gives you a great view. Mirna was our server and the reason we’ll go back. She had great food and wine recommendations. Excellent experience.
Wish the place looked better like a true restaurant but food was ok wasn’t worth the price we paid
My sister and I went to Sunday brunch.
Before I talk about the fantastic food, I want to acknowledge our awesome server, Punjab. This was a busy Sunday brunch, yet he was very attentive and SO friendly I will ask for him specifically next visit. We were a party of six. We started with the deviled eggs and tater tot nachos, delicious. At our table there were steak and eggs (Perfectly cooked), bananas Foster French toast, two Chesapeake omelets (full of crab), corned beef hash, and a cheeseburger. We were ALL VERY happy with the food!! I look forward to my next visit.
The picture online is nothing how the place look. It’s an okay place to eat and enjoy the ocean view
