The CREAM of crab soup was watery, too much cesaer dressing on the salad. The wings and chicken in the cesaer salad was dry. In addition, the chicken quesadilla chicken was not appealing with the wrap and the chicken was also dry. We were seated at the large table by the kitchen and you could smell the carpet. It did not appear that a proper cleaning of the restaurant area was conducted before re-opening (not sure if they even closed at all). I won't be back.
Service from staff was AWFUL!
When paying for the check , it seems that only one person knew how to process multiple payment on one check
Really enjoyed this place. Went for Lunch and then returned later to take in the Happy Hour. The restaurant provides great views, and the food is excellent. The staff was quite pleasant as well. The Teramisu is to die for, oh and the crab soup is excellent too.
Great location perfect view of the harbor. It’s my new go to brunch spot.
overprice and underwhelming....... not worth the effort to walk down the stairs.
It took us a total of 2.5 hours to get food. The waiter wasn't very good and was too curt with us when asking about menu questions. There was a limited number of waiting staff. The food wasn't great quality and I had been a patron of the establishment before to which the service was stellar. I can tell you that I will not be a patron of this establishment in the coming future.
Flavorless food. Empty glasses more than half than time. Server seemed to have an attitude.
We were seated then waited 15 mins to find out the kitchen was “closed.” After speaking with the manager we were able to be served but the whole time we received uncomfortable looks from the staff.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Came here for Valentine’s Day and not only was there a wait of about 45 minutes (Even after making a reservation the day before), but a party of 3 that walked in after us was seated BEFORE us. HORRIBLE. Once seated, we weren’t offered bread and when we inquired our waitress lied about it. She said “they ran out” but then we saw multiple tables receive bread. We then proceeded to order from the only menu they offered on Valentine’s Day ($52 a person for a 3 course meal) and of course they don’t have the soup as an appetizer. . So we requested to speak to the manager again. After being told “he has left and may not be able to be located,” he finally arrives and only offers to take 25% off of our entire bill. I will NEVER come back to this restaurant, ever again.
Waited 10 minutes to be sited after the time of our reservation, dat at the table for 25 minutes before waiter came it wasn’t a good Experience.
Had a reservation had to wait for a while, waited at least 20mins for a waiter to come to the table food was not that great asparagus were cold and over cooked, rice were hard, and salmon was overly salty. Was not a pleasant experience at all!!!
Poor service all round! Short staff as well
Great view. Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu was well thought out. Salmon was slightly overcooked asparagus was cold rice was delicious. Truly enjoyed the fire and ice shrimp cocktail. We are not dessert people so I won’t comment on the cheesecake. My husband enjoyed the filet that was cooked perfectly. Dinner included a glass of champagne. Parking was a pain because of some convention.
Meal was prix fixe....Was not informed that this was the only option until the day before and it was too late to get alternative reservations...Steak was not that great
I was pleasantly surprised. There was only one waiter on duty. The bar service was horribly slow. Each person in our party of 10 ended up getting one drink each the entire night.
Always a great time. The food is superb and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Staff was so rude. After seated, they didn’t come back to our table until 30 mins after calling several waiters to respond to us. I talked to the waiter that sat us and asked him why he didn’t come back to take our orders, he just shrugged at me.
Stayed at the Westin this weekend for a college reunion. We had a large group for lunch and brunch. The restaurant was very accommodating to our group. The service was great! The food is very good. The view is outstanding. Thank you to Arch (I think was his name) and his outstanding team for allowing us to enjoy such a great time together!
This place is a hidden gem! The food and service was excellent. It was certainly more than my expectations for Restaurant week!
Visited Sauciety during restaurant week it was a slow night, so dining area was pretty quite
The food waa decent. The chicken and salmon were moist and cooked well, but lacked seasoning. My side of broccoli had more flavor than the teriyaki salmon and wheat pasta that accompanied it. The server was good.
The view is relaxing but the food was average; the coffee was lukewarm at best.
It was good food and a nice view. Our server was nice but it took a very long time to get food or drinks.
We were in town for a large dance competition and were happy to be able to get a reservation. There wasn’t a ton of options but the food was good
I enjoyed the meal and the serene atmosphere. Our food came in perfect time and our waiter was very hospitable.
It’s a great spot to catch up and fellowship with folks.
It was nice there weren’t that many people there for lunch. Great views large windows looking out a the harbor.
Excellent food. A well kept secret for regular attendees.
Our server seemed perpetually confused. We did not get our bread until moments before our food came our. It took nearly 15 minutes to get water. The food was good but the poor service took away from the experience.
Collard greens were too salty. My drink had to be remade. The initial one was not flavorful.
Service left much to be desired. Orders were wrong and one of the drinks was disgusting. Once we received the food it was delicious. The restaurant overlooks the water and has a nice decor. Bartender upstairs makes some awesome martinis. We will give it another try before writing it off.
The sightseeing was great and prefix menu was good
Food was a bit cold and the bill was not split evenly. Manager gave us good attention and recognized my daughters birthday with a dessert and mimosa. The kids pancakes were supposed to be rolled on a stick with yogurt for dipping the pancakes, but the pancakes weren’t on sticks and there was no yogurt. Appreciated the attentions of the manager, but overall rather disappointed.
We had to wait 10 minutes for the hostess who was running around clearing tables and getting beverages. Clearly understaffed. We were seated about 10 minutes after our reservation time. Food served within reasonable time but eggs were barely warm and potatoes were cold. Will not go back.
Listener to 3 waiters argue about who was going to wait on us. Finally after 30 minutes someone came over to take a drink order. They were not busy so drinks should have been on the table pretty quickly - waited another 10 minutes and left.
DO NOT GO THERE!
1 h wait for some burger, salad and beer.....
When confronted with the issue, staff was dismissive and incompetent. They are a third class restaurant. You have much better options anywhere else !
Great place for large parties! We had a party of 14 for lunch.
When we arrived we were ignored for several minutes before being greeted. They were obviously understaffed, as managers and front desk staff were cleaning tables. Our food orders were not 100% correct. We have eaten here several times and it has never been this bad, but they were not apologetic for the poor service.
The food was exceptional. The service and ambiance were horrendous! There was a pile of linen sitting on a settee in the dining room that was in full view of our table. We had to look at it during our entire meal. It was especially disconcerting because we had no table cloth on our table. There were used children's cups on the shelf also in view for the entirety of dinner. We had to get the waiter's attention for the initial service. He didn't bring bread until asked (I understand, that maybe your policy), I asked for an appetizer soup to start. It didn't arrive until my entree was served. I can't know what else was going on but from where I was sitting the waiter simply looked too busy to provide my family and me with a minimum of customer service. We had a 7:30 pm reservation, there weren't that many diners present.
