Sauced BBQ & Spirits is located in Petaluma, California. As the name would indicate, this is the home of great southern-inspired slow cooked BBQ and a wide variety of cocktails made from over 250 different scotches, ryes, bourbons and whiskeys. In keeping with the southern spirit, the Sauced BBQ & Spirits d�cor was constructed by obtaining reclaimed wood and other materials from North Carolina and Georgia barns. Not only is the menu comprehensive, but it is fun to read. For example, start with some swamp fries � no they aren�t covered with moss, but they are pretty good with a house rub and topped with poblano queso, chopped brisket, smoked baked beans, tin roof BBQ sauce and chipotle sour cream. Other interesting names at Sauced BBQ & Spirits are the rednexican nachos, hand grenades (jalape�o poppers) and bumpkins (BBQ brisket filled egg rolls).

Food was good, but the service from the waitress we had left us disappointed. We heard good things from a friend about this restaurant. But the service we received overshadowed the food. The server seemed as if she did not want to be bothered, was not friendly, did not check on us, and forgot about us (we had to get her attention multiple times to ask for to go boxes, which she finally brought by the 3rd time).

Took my 80 year old mom here for dinner. She was NOT impressed... Way over priced. Nachos were supposed to be loaded w meat... They lacked meat and cheese. Drinks were pretty good - but expensive!! Me and the rest of the party ages ranging from 22 -80 probably wouldn't go back..

They have a bloody mary bar! Hello! It's really fantastic. All the screens with sports is good too. Reminds me of place you'd find in the south...lots of college ball. I've gone a few times and sometimes the young staff is not very attentive. I sat in the bar area and it wasn't the best service. I've sat at a table more often and the service was much much better. The food is great and worth it. The nachos are HUGE and will feed at least 4 of you. 3 women were not told of the size and we ordered other food. We boxed it up & it was good the next day, so it was fine.

Service was great. Menu was pricey. Food portions ok, but my ribs were dry and server never returned to ask how was the meal. Parking in garage is best, but 1 block away.

The website's wonderful pictures drew us to Sauced, especially given the number of beers, full bar and pictures of amazing food. We weren't disappointed! From the Burnt End to the Chicken Jerk, to the pulled pork and salads, everything was just as we had hoped for and was very tasty. The service was good, although a bit hovering (which is better than ignoring us). We'll definitely be back! It was a wonderful Saturday lunch.

Great casual, kid friendly gathering spot. Good menu selection of BBQ favorites, burgers, hot sandwiches, and some creative dishes. The loaded jumbo sweet potater was delicious. Ample portions, many of us had to take some home. Wide variety of beers on tap and unique cocktails. Refreshing lemonade concoctions. A must for BBQ foodies.

This was our first visit to Sauced in Petaluma. Service was ok, but we noticed that our waiter took the orders of other diners that arrived well after we did. Also, I had to go to the front desk to pay for our meal. Our waiter dropped of the bill and then disappeared for over 15 minutes. We got tired of waiting. The food was good, not the best BBQ I've had but passable.

The food was okay from our group's perspective. Loved the Bumkins appetizer. Overall the sides were disappointing. Expensive meal for what we got and 5.50 for a lemonade doesn't seem reasonable when a beer was .50 more. The sun setting made the table painful to sit at and we made the reservations way in advance; would have been nice to have been in the side room where it wasn't so noisy.
