Sartoria is the gastronomic proposal of Italian chef Marco Carboni (former chef at Osteria Francescana by Massimo Bottura), where he expresses the philosophy of his italian roots, based on the product, the season and a “hand-made” approach.

The menu is focused on seasonality, and products are produced in a sustainable way by small-scale producers. At Sartoria, pasta is produced artisanally every day, respecting italian tradition and simultaneously embracing mexican produce.

The warm ambiance of a traditional italian trattoria comes together with our vision of a contemporary osteria that is both dynamic and cosmopolite.

    Mi experiencia en Sartoria, fue increíble. En definitiva, escogí el mejor lugar para festejar el cumpleaños de mi novio; el restaurante es muy lindo, la comida y las bebidas son excelentes, así como la atención de su personal que siempre fue muy amable y atento para hacer de esa noche una ocasión especial. Volveré pronto.

    Have been here a couple of times, but unfortunately, this will be the last. The service was not good at all., food has definitely gone down, and definitely not worth the price.

    Ya había ido antes y las pasta eran excelentes, pero la calidad ha bajado mucho, pedí un risotto de clorofila y no tenía es sabor de antes, y la pasta cacio e pepe fue una gran decepción , la pasta (sin gluten) se pagaba

    Excelente calidad y sabor. Las pastas deliciosas. Los tortelacci y el tiramisu, un “must”. El menú no es muy extenso. Buenos cocteles.

    Excelente comida y atención Sartoria fue una grata sorpresa. El ambiente es acogedor, el servicio muy amable y la comida deliciosa. Probamos el agnolotti ragú de short rib y fue espectacular. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveré.
