   The entire experience was delightful start to finish. We went here for our four year anniversary on whim when our first choice wasn’t available. Now this is our first choice. The waiter was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make it a special night. The food was some of the best I’ve had at a restaurant. The burrata, broccolini starter, gnocchi, and tenderloin were all delicious, well prepared, and balanced dishes. The brown butter cake with pistachio gelato and cappuccino were a perfect end to the dinner. We also enjoyed the open kitchen and being able to watch a great team at work.

   Food and service was excellent. We started with Focaccia bread which was a perfect balance of taste and texture…springy, light and perfect crispy crust but not overdone. The pasta and sauces were perfect and one of party thought the pork chops were tender. We finished with the cheesecake which is paired with a Lemon whipped cream and fresh fruit. Lastly, the staff is very attentive without feeling their presence. I highly recommend Sarto and will come back when visiting Providence.

   Incredible Place - great location in downtown providence. Fresh, Fresh, Fresh ingredients and a wonderful Italian wine list. Must try when in Providence.

   Lovely time with friends at Sarto. One of the most pleasant atmospheres in the area and the food was great tonight!

   We made reservations because they advertised a Jazz Brunch but when we arrived the host said that they play jazz music and have a Jazz vibe, whatever that means. We had a drink and left, very poor and deceiving advertising

   Terrific service in a well-designed spot. Food was fresh and very well-prepared if oversalted. Particularly good wine list at reasonable prices. We will be back.

    The wait staff was wonderful, some of the dishes were a bit over salted. To the table of instagram girls out for the night, your still in a restaurant, I would have liked to talk to my fellow diners, but your night, picture taking and extremely loud unnecessary conversation was fun too, I guess. They are others in the world, disappointed that the staff didn’t share some manners with this group. For the prices charged should be a better environment, 200 a couple for a Dave and Busters vibe. One and done.
