Sarabeth’s is fabulous. Have been here several times for brunch and the food is always delicious, fresh, and great service. Had dinner there this weekend and again the food was outstanding. Chicken pot pie to die for and my friends had tomato soup with grilled cheese and we licked our plates clean. Can’t wait to go back.

From top to bottom the worst brunch experience.

Chaotic check in marked by surly staff.

Food was undercooked or had been left to cool down.

Never asked if we wanted juice or other drink besides coffee.

Cappuccino was undrinkable.

Turning over tables was the priority not customer service.

The fact that it was new year’s Day is not a viable excuse.

If you wish to partake in cold pancakes, undercooked / cold egg dishes, lack of organization, disrespectful host/hostess , etc definitely visit Sarabeth’s. If not, go elsewhere.

Food was good for the most part. Meatballs weren’t great as they fell apart and had little flavor. The Branzino was also pretty blah but everything else was delicious. Our waitress was great, wine was great and the place is so cozy and cute. Will definitely go again

We asked our server for vegetarian options on the Lunch menu and she only suggested a salad. I would be perfect if you can add more vegetarian options or make it possible with your existing menu.

While you’re crammed in at your table with no space to spare, the food is worth it. Fantastic omelette, almond coated French toast, smoky bacon, delicious coffee, and yummy strawberry preserves. Takes breakfast food to another level. Waitresses very friendly and efficient. Definitely make a reservation or you will be standing for an hour

We love Sarabeth's UWS for dinner. This is the first time we tried it for brunch and we won't do it again. We ordered a basket of muffins and they were hard, dry, and cold. Not worth the $15 AT ALL! The wait staff was super friendly and kind, but that didn't make up for the lack of Sarabeth excellence in food product. Even the biscuit on the crab benedict was hard and dried up. Not worth the price AT ALL! I recommend for dinner, but not for brunch.

Great brunch/breakfast! Kids had pancakes - Hubby had Classic Eggs Benedict - I had the Carmelized Apple & Brown Sugar Steel Cut Oats. Delicious Bellinis and fresh Bloody Mary’s. Make a reservation or arrive early.

On Saturdays, the walk in wait is over 30 minutes and everyone is inside right next to the tables on the entrance. Not conducive to a nice brunch experience. Food is good and plentiful.

great place for a more pricy brunch with good tasting food and a cosy feel.
I would def say not to come here if you are looking to spend less than 50 for 2 people since it's a costly place but it makes it good for a special occasion.

We had an issue with our reservations at Sarabeth’s. When we talked to hostess she said we could wait for our party to arrive. By the time our party arrived, a different hostess put us at the bottom of their list, and made us wait with the walk-ins. The second hostess was not very accommodating and very rude.

I've been to Sarabeths West location several times and they never disappoint. Great service, always with a smile, and super fresh foods. Don't expect to get away cheap, but for your looking for a special pace to meet, go for it.

Our wait staff was impeccable, very pleasant, not hovering, but there when we needed her. Food was quite expensive for the quality of what was served. My friend and I split a salad for lunch, made up of chicken, arugula, and other fillers. The chicken was extremely dry, almost inedible, and there was not much of it. Nothing else in the salad stood out. Desserts were very good. I’d recommend the restaurant, but not glowingly.

I generally enjoy when I go to this restaurant which is not often. I ordered Salmon Eggs very clearly and the waitress brought salmon eggs Benedict. I made a point of the eggs because I wanted the corn muffin which came with it. As a result, I paid more than the eggs cost and paid extra for a corn muffin. The waiters are more concerned with being or seeming professional than actually listening to the order. Not the first time . All in all it’s a good place to eat.

Had not been there for several years, when I used to be a "regular," even as it became increasingly "chi-chi" and pretentious. Yesterday, it was crowded, noisy, indifferent service (took forever to get some sugar for coffee, no one came by to ask if we needed anything). Sound level too loud to have a serious business brunch. Coasting, perhaps, on its reputation and on the dearth of UWS brunch or breakfast venues.

I chose Sarabeth's because I was going to be on a plane all night and I wanted to eat food that was predictable, not highly spiced, and just plain good. Sarabeth's fills the bill. I had the salmon benedict (with smoked salmon.) Everything tasted fresh and delightful. I also ordered earl grey tea which they served in a little metal pot. The water was good and hot. Noise level made it a challenge to talk, but we managed.
