We offer Happy Hour in our cafe area and patio seating every day from 4PM-7PM, with additional happy hour offerings Monday-Thursday. We also host a live jazz band on Thursday nights between 6PM and 9PM!
Always excellent and the staff is a wonder! I enjoy meeting friends here.
Sarabeth’s is a great staple for brunch with a friend or when family is in town. It’s a bit over-priced but provides consistently good food and service - so you know you won’t have a bad experience.
Usually a solid brunch spot! I’d not plan for post-brunch prime hours. Our server messed up drink orders and then two of the meals. He offered to comp a few drinks, but then only comp’d one. The brunch items are solid. This time I ordered the Crab sandwich, which was sparse - just aoli & a bun. Should have stuck to crab Benedict.
Always excellent food and service. I go twice a year with a friend and we are there for a few hours. No one ever pressures us to leave and we always enjoy the meal and the the together.
Always simply good
Great selection of choices on the menu, we were all pleased with what we ordered: Almond crusted French toast, Eggs Benedict, Bloody Marys, Mimosas, sausage, lobster roll. Seating is a little tight, noise level very high, so you have to raise your voice a bit to have a conversation.
Horrible- probably the worst- service ever. Not to mention that the web page said that they would have NYE hats and souvenirs to bring in the new year?!?!??? Horrible. Wish we spent New Year’s Eve somewhere else 😒
The food was excellent! Very pricey for a small family style place. The portions were small, but the food was delicious. Tables too close together. I would recommend this restaurant, but will try some place new when in the area.
Always fabulous, local eats, & great NYC locations!
The food is always good! I've always been treated well and have been eating at Sarabeth's west for many years. Weather breakfast lunch dinner or brunch you can always expect good service and good food!
Excellent food and friendly service!
Love the lemon & ricotta pancakes!!! We eat here all the time.
The food was not special. But the restrooms were in terrible dirty conditions!!!! I do not want to imagine the kitchen’s condition if the restrooms are so dirty😱
I will not recommend it. New York has a lot and better options to go.
Service and food were equally impressive! We loved our experience.
Enjoyed ourselves, not rushed
Visited Sarabeth’s West for a quick brunch before heading to the Metropolitan Museum. We got seated immediately, it’s a rather small restaurant but was decorated nicely for the holidays. Food was good and service was friendly.
The Beet and Apple salad in the specials of the day menu came with oranges instead of apples (not sure if fresh or bottled) and pistachios instead of walnuts. Our grandson happens to be allergic to pistachios, not other nuts. So this was concerning. I didn’t mention this to our kind server, but since you asked for feedback....
Service was excellent and so was the ambiance.
Had a lovely meal at Sarabeth’s West. Brilliant cocktail, lovely caesar salad and brilliant short rib stew - perfect on a cold winter night. Great ambiance. Could hold a conversation. I will definitely return.
The food was tasty and but we had to wait 15minutes although we had a reservation. If you are seethed in the back the loud kitchen noises dull the mood a bit. Still a great place though!
Christmas concert with my daughter!
Always a favorite - breakfast or brunch (get there early!!),or lunch or dinner. Service in the morning is efficient and extremely pleasant. We had a wonderful breakfast, all details duly marked down and served by one of the lovely waitresses. Coffee, thank goodness, has gotten stronger and so no rush into Starbucks before we go to Sarabeth's for breakfast. I have never had a bad or even mediocre dish of any kind there - which is why I am so happy it is so close to my home.
Had front table at the window, best in the house. Food was fantastic. Loved the tomato soup and grilled cheese. Also very unique avocado toast, very thick bread but good. Overall awesome meal.
Good food! Pricy for a casual breakfast.
Bests pancakes, perfect. It’s realy a good place In NY
Wait staff was lovely food was good, but the prices are crazy $21 for pancakes and similarly priced eggs etc.
Sarabeth is my go to place on the off hours. I’m early enough to catch the lunch special. It’s a total bargain! The staff will add extra sides if you so desire. At the time I go it’s very quiet which is a treat for my brain.
The service, food, and atmosphere are fabulous & local!
Lovely ambiance, service, food. A civilized oasis on the upper west side. Recommended!
Our party of 3 all had the 3 course Prix Fixe for $31. The fried chicken/waffles was excellent and plentiful. Had enough left over for lunch.
Friendly & attentive staff. Great food, but you could feed a family of 6 at a NJ diner for what we spent on 2 people.
This place is AMAZING! I LOVE it!! From the Moment you walk in you’re greeted by Melvin with a warm smile and showing you to your table. I was then greeted by Jess who told me about the specials and was on top notch service answering all questions. Further into my DELICIOUS meal Jose and Eric helped serve me, clear my table, and pack up my to go. I truly appreciate the care and concern they took when serving me! I love this place and will definitely be back to eat here. Great job everyone!
Service was excellent and the food was delicious. The filet just melted in your mouth. The flight of ice cream sandwiches were just perfect. Very relaxed atmosphere.
Great place! Don’t sit near the front door!
Wonderful service and delicious food! We had to wait about 10' to be seated, even having a reservation, but the staff made us comfortable, and once we ordered, the food came out quickly! It was a great experience, I will definitely go back.
Nice neighbourhood place serving plenty of crowd pleasers
Yummy breakfast food!
The food and the service were both good, but not great.
Fabulous Thanksgiving dinner. The whole team was very welcoming and the food was excellent. Can't believe they could feed so many people so well on a special holiday.
Cold coffee and average food. So noisy cannot talk. Overall forget about it. Face it, if the coffee is not hot (multiple attempts), how good can the rest be?
