We offer Happy Hour in our cafe area and patio seating every day from 4PM-7PM, with additional happy hour offerings Monday-Thursday. We also host a live jazz band on Thursday nights between 6PM and 9PM!
Still a very delicious brunch, delicious menu, mimosas and muffins and we keep coming back for mostly that reason. Service was OK to poor. Long gaps between seeing a server, had to ask a few times for things. A guy seated at a table next to us was so neglected he walked out! Value is slipping in places. The lobster roll seems to be shrinking over time.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere
We had brunch - lemon ricotta pancakes, sausage with apple, eggs Benedict - everything was perfection. They managed to give great service and food on a crowded day. Very calm atmosphere. Perfect for dates and special occasions as well.
Solid food and service, with the exception of the kids pasta, which was overcooked. Very good salad and steak frites however. The steak was perfectly marinated and grilled. It’s less crowded at dinner so it was relaxing as well.
The brunch food was excellent, and the service was perfect. Although the restaurant was full, the tables weren't packed together so we were very comfortable.
Overrated and expensive. They have the name, but not the value. The experience of getting a table - with a reservation - was like being on standby for a flight. Never again.
The food was excellent. The service was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend the duck as it was divine!
We had lunch on a saturday at 1 pm - quite loud in restaurant and crowded. That said, good service and good food. I have had dinner there and it is much quieter and more pleasant . overall good food and a bit too loud ....
It's all about the food, you know it's gonna be pricey so you expect the food to be perfect. It's breakfast for gosh sakes. Eggs Benedict must have runny poached eggs. Mine were hard. I sat for a few minutes waiting for the waitress, who was very nice, to come by but she did not. It was very busy. So I ate my breakfast with the rest of my party so as not to make anyone uncomfortable. She came after I was done and asked how it was, I told her, she said that never should of happened and apologized. The bill came, we paid it, the dish should of been removed from the bill, in my opinion, it wasn't and we left. Just the facts!
Excellent food, excellent service. Killer Bloody Mary! Crowded for Sunday brunch but reservation time was honored and we were not rushed. Hint -- crowd thinned out about noon.
Lovely place but even though not super crowded, it took a long time to get our food.
Surprisingly Awful Evening both food and service. The manager was nice and apologetic. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.
The food and service were excellent. We had the classic eggs Benedict and grilled cheese with cream of tomato soup. Eggs Benedict were delicious; but the Grilled cheese with soup took the crown! It was Devine! A perfect brunch meal. The only dent in the whole experience was parking (un)availability and getting an expensive ticket due to parking in front of the restaurant. Don’t park on the road in front, it is only reserved for service vehicles. We didn’t see the sign and were fooled by a parking meter on the side of the road. Every car in our entire row got a ticket. Not the restaurant’s fault though; but the overall experience was somewhat marred by this incident.
I really enjoyed the experience. Great service, delicious food, and cute environment. Highly recommend!
Wonderful food and service
I find Sarabeth's West so reliable and a really great place for lunch. The food is quite good though not spectacular (I know, I'm picky). The servers are very nice and helpful and don't rush you.
The service was remarkably slow, given how few people were in the restaurant. The food was good- but nothing special.
"Recommend" as one of the more upscale restaurants on the UWS. Not saying a lot. Menu the same for last 20 years. Good server; steered me to a dessert not on the menu. (Diner at next table was having it.) $70 for lunch for two (no alcohol) is a bit much, but I do this only occasonally.
Love this neighborhood restaurant - great brunch classics
Great food. Four flowers juice was unusual and delicious. Love it and will go back when we are in NY but a $70.00 breakfast is a bit much.
I was really disappointed in this meal. I had the salmon over cauliflower with the sauce it looked kind of gray, the salmon was grossly under cooked, when I sent it back it was slightly more cooked but put back on the bed of cold cauliflower. Really surprised. I think they were in a hurry to cook it because they brought me the wrong dish to begin with. Anyway it was an expensive meal and I did not feel it was worth it. So sorry to give that review because years ago I did enjoy Sarah Beth.
Food is nothing special and super expensive. Interior feels like an old and outdated 3 star hotel.
Food was average although they did have interesting menu options. We vis6on a Thursday and that had an excellent jazz trio playing
Excellent food and service. Will definitely go back the next time I am in NYC!
Great food and very friendly staff. I only knew them by the brunch but the dinner menu was excellent
Had a great table by the window and enjoyed our delicious breakfast.
Service lacked. It took 20 minutes just to get coffee.
We had Sunday brunch at the Westside Sarabeth's restaurant. It is a very popular place. We brought along our 20-month-old grandson. They took great care of us including my grandson. When you have a toddler you only have a limited amount of time that they can patiently wait. Sarabeth service was both excellent and prompt which help make for an overall wonderful experience. Finally, the food was great.
One happy grandpa!
Was expecting a mouth watering experience in a quaint, warm setting. In a city with so many culinary options, I won’t be choosing Sarabeth’s again. The physical space was tired, service was so-so, food was adequate but not exceptional. Wasn’t terrible. Just wasn’t amazing. And there are so many places that are.
Food was good and service was good. Quick to take plates so make sure you are done! Lol
Service was veeeery bad. Food was good although way too expensive.
It was great!
Had to wait 10 minutes despite having a reservation
Sarabeth's is our favorite NYC brunch spot & its Upper West Side restaurant is our favorite location. It is always delicious & always a good time. The staff is superb. Please try the savory Potato Waffles, YUM! Highly recommended!
Delicious and the ambiance is wonderful
Great service and quiet corner in the back of the restaurant.
Hadn’t been here in a while and was impressed. The food was quite good and well prepared. The restaurant is lovely, atmosphere is relaxed, and quiet enough to hear your dinner companions without raising voices. We’ll definitely be back to explore other menu items.
Kim was wonderful & very attentive!
Really delicious fries! (but also expensive side of fries $10)
We had a fairly positive experience, but brunch was expensive.
