ローケーションは，品川駅に直結しており，最高．料理自体は，どれもおいしく，前菜からメイン，デザートまで楽しめた．また，ワインもカリフォルニアワインを中心に充実しており，楽しめる．ただ，サービスは改善の余地がある．スパークリングワインがまだ終わっていないのに，ボトルワインをもって来て，しかもテイスティングもせずにいきなりボトルに注いでしまった．さらに，前菜が出され終わっていないのに，いくつかのメインが運ばれてきてしまった．店の雰囲気，料理はいいのだが，サービスについては大いに改善の余地があるように感じる．特にグループで来ているのに，数人だけにメインが出されて，後の人は待たされる，というのは改善してほしい．

今回は女子5人で利用いたしました。ディナータイムしたが、サラダや肉料理に加え、パンケーキやフレンチトーストまでしっかり美味しくいただきました。サーブされる時間が少々長く感じたのですが、お料理はどれも美味しく、お酒もすすみいい時間を過ごせました。

全てが美味しくて感激！今回はディナーでしたが、次はフレンチトーストも食べたいです。今回は全て2人でシェアしましたが、取り皿やカップなど気を利かせて持ってきてくださいましたテーブルでのチェックはスマートで気に入っています

2時間制ならそれでいいのですが、それなら初めにそう言ってもらえたらと思います。また、普通はラストオーダーに来ると思うのですが、それはなく「もうお時間です。」と言われたのでとても感じが悪かったです。食後にフレンチトーストを食べたかったのにとても残念でした。

パンケーキで有名なお店。リコッタチーズのパンケーキはふわっとしていて、かつ満腹感も得られます。味は特別、と言うわけではないですがおいしいです。夜に行ったのでパンケーキはデザート代わりにして他の料理も頼みました。ボンゴレビアンコと真鯛のムニエルを頼みました。真鯛は表面パリっとしていて中はしっとり。付け合わせのフェンネルも美味しくいただけました。残念なのはパスタ。火が入りすぎ。味付けは簡易調味料のような感じ。アサリは入っていますが。。麺は焼きそばのように柔らかく、麺もコシがなくヒョローっとカーブがかっているくらい。口当たりはアルデンテから程遠いです。イタリア料理屋さんじゃないから仕方ないのかと思いますが、これじゃあ自分で作った方はマシだな〜と残念でした。接客は普通に良いと思います。パンケーキやエッグベネディクト以外はわざわざここでお金払って頼まなくていいと思います。

OpenTableで予約したところボックス席をとって下さったため、快適に打ち合わせができました。料理も雰囲気も良かったのですが、店員さんが少なくテーブル側への配慮が少ないため、注文などで呼ぶ際に大声を張り上げねばならず、雰囲気とあわない感じでした。ホールのスタッフの配置は要改善です。

ディナー18:30から予約して伺いました。入店時より「2時間以内のご利用で」と言われておりましたが、お食事が出てくるのがゆっくりなのか食べるのが遅かったのか2時間後の終了予定20:30ではデザートの半分も終了しておらず「21時からの予約のお客様がお待ちですので。。」と20:30の段階でしつこい程退店を促されました。店外で並んでお待ちのお客はおらず、また店内も空席が目立ち中で　マニュアル通りの接客に食事を楽しむには程遠い　最悪なお店と感じての退店となりました。二度と利用することは無いかと思います。

NYや代官山店で食べた料理は美味しくて、盛り付けも可愛く最高の雰囲気だったのに、品川店では大皿にただ並べただけで、茶色い物ばかり。最初のケールサラダと魚料理以外は、驚きも感動も何もない。パスタもバジルが効きすぎて不味くて全員手を着けず残った。肉料理は何肉かわからない肌色の大きな物体が人数分切ってお皿にドーンと乗せられて出てくるだけ。またベーコン3枚お皿に出されても、えっ？って言葉を失いました。サービスも悪く、言わなければ料理と一緒にお皿のチェンジもしてくれない。料理の説明もなく、定員さんはホールパーティばかりサービスしていて、テーブル席は放置。またトイレに行くにも、お支払いに行くにも別グループのホールパーティの中を通ることになって、こんなのあり得ない！薄暗くてテーブルや椅子もベタベタで不衛生で本当にサラベスなの？って思ったぐらい。何よりも、せっかく友人の誕生会でサラベスの予約が取れて喜んでくれていたのに…最後はレベル低いね。特別な日に使えないという意見で一致。予約した私は悲しかった。
