   Overall incredible value and very nice. Pros: reservation gave us front row, very clean and nice club. Cons: Staff didn’t check on us enough but once I got their attention service was great and kind, pretty sure the liquor was watered down. I would recommend and go again.

   We have visited Sapphire Beach club on numerous occasions in the past and had a positive experience. Unfortunately, today was not one of those. Our group was left, neglected with food and drink orders, and after waiting almost an hour we had to find a manager to ask about the status of our orders. The server apologized, however, was seen delivering food, orders, and drinks to people a couple seats away from us, but never checked back with us. Hungry and thirsty, we ended up leaving and shortened our stay.

   It was so great, all the staff were friendly. The drinks were good and the food was amazing! I’ll definitely be going back next time I am there.

   Love this beach club. The staff make you feel st home and like family. The shrimp burger is increíble. The chairs are nice comfortableable loungers not hammock chairs. I go here several times per month.

   We went to Sapphire 3 times. Great location and plenty of people watching. 2 of the 3 days we had great service. The other day we were ignored and had to hunt down a server every time we wanted to order. The chairs are fine - not padded but comfortable enough. The drinks and food are good and the overall experience is pleasant. Having access to a clean bathroom and food/drinks from your chair beats the alternative any day! But they really cram the chairs in, so very close quarters. Also constant interruptions from sellers on the beach. I know this is to be expected but having to say “no” every 2-3 minutes wears you down pretty quickly. By day 3 we only stayed half as long as day 1.

   Booked a cabana and the service was absolutely non-existent, go to the El Dorado for a great experience.
