Food was decent in the service started off well but as the afternoon worn on , service got to be a little slow and we had to wait over 30 minutes to get a drink order in. But everyone is super friendly and does try really hard so we appreciate it.

Months ago we booked a day at Sapphire and requested seats at the front. We showed up at 9 am per our reservation and there was no one in sight. After waiting 15 minutes I went searching for anyone and found a maintenance worker who got us someone from the bar/restaurant. The place was empty and we were taken to our chairs - four rows back! We asked why we were so far back and was told the others were reserved. I later talked to someone in the row in front of us and he said he just reserved the week before. Not ok. It was a busy day so there were not enough servers. They were working so hard but I watched them service other rows more frequently than ours. The massage therapists and beach vendors came by constantly though. On a positive note the menu is excellent and the food was tasty. The pool was packed so we didn’t even try to get in. We will try another club next time.

I had a lounge chair by pool section, super enjoyable day, food and mixology are excellent; music had a perfect level that you can enjoy but also keep a conversation with people around you.

This is the club to enjoy the beach for the day. Gay friendly, super attentive, great food and drinks. We'll be back!

Sapphire is my first choice for beach clubs in PV. The lounger chairs are nice and comfortable, each chair has an umbrella for shade. The staff are friendly and speak English. Food is very good - especially the shrimp burger! Servers bring food and drink to your chair. They offer separate checks and take credit cards. Reserving on open table (day beach pass) is very convenient

Experience was great! We requested on the reservation that we wanted front seat and they gave us that experience. The food was great. The bathroom is clean, the waiter checks on you very frequently. Overall im happy with the service. Be nice to the owner and server. Tip them well! They will remember you and treat you well in return.
