Sapodilla’s is our favorite restaurant in Nassau. Any serious “Foodie”should have it at the top of their list for dining in Nassau . It’s elegant , charming, and sophisticated . Perfect for date night . Go early enough to walk around the estate a little and to have a cocktail before dinner while listening to a professional level pianist play and sing the classics in their inviting lounge . The staff was nothing short of superb . We had the Bahamian Experience Tasting menu with wine selections. It was amazing !!!

One of the best meals we’ve ever had. The ambiance was terrific, and our waiter, Pearl D, is the best we’ve ever had! The guy playing piano was AMAZING! The food was even better! INCREDIBLE experience! 5 Stars!!!!

A beautiful blend of history and elegance. Dining at Sapodilla was a true delight — the estate is stunning, the staff gracious, and the live piano music absolutely soulful. The food was refined and delicious, and the service from Mr. Da Pearl made the evening feel personal and joyful. A perfect fusion of Bahamian charm and timeless class.

Lovely experience, we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. the servers pulled out all the stops. They were polite, funny and entertaining. They knew their stuff, the menu what will suit our occation and what would not. highly recommend Sapodilla for couples celebrating an occasion.

Earl the Pearl was the best server I’ve ever had. He made our experience so enjoyable and fun. He doesn’t just serve you, it’s a performance. This was our best meal on the island 💯💯 the food was amazing.

The place is beautiful. They offer free transport to most hotels in area, but we did not realize this until we got there and wound up paying for cab service. Our waiter, The Pearl was amazing! Friendly, fun, entertaining and offered us great food recommendations. We started with the Caesar salad which was made at the table- delicious! Followed by fritter plantains (would recommend) and a Mango salad (not what you would expect, but good. It was my friends bday and they treated her amazing with a nice candle and a group HB song. Only regret is not ordering the banana flambé, wish I did, as we smelled it and saw it when another table ordered it. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to the Bahamas!

Really spectacular dining experience in a really beautiful setting. The service was top notch and ambience was perfect with live music. We did the Bahamian tasting experience for a birthday celebration and the food was amazing and much more than just a taste. I would HIGHLY recommend for any special occasion or just a really fabulous dining experience. I will definitely return in the future!

We were excited to eat dinner at Sapodilla after reading all the reviews but were disappointed in our dinners. I had the Red Snapper which was dry (overcooked). The flavor of the sauce was alright. My husband had the 1/2 chicken which was supposed to have rice and peas but was just laid on a banana leaf surrounded by rosemary….chicken was good but not very flavorful. The dessert was very good. The piano player was very good and our waiter was great….though he never asked if our meal was good….and I was too tired to tell him is was blah.
