Opulent ! Gorgeous surroundings, food and service were exemplary

Great place! Been twice over the past year and the food has been exemplary both times. We went for the five course tasting menu with wine pairing (again). The food was amazing, perfectly cooked and with some really delicious combinations. The paired wines were also superb! The service was excellent. Our waiter Johnathan was really friendly, talking us through the courses and the wines clearly and enthusiastically. Cannot wait to go back.

Fabulous experience all round, whether for lunch or dinner. The food is consistently delicious and beautifully presented after many visits by all my family members. Very friendly attentive service too. Thoroughly recommended.

I visited Saphyre on Saturday the 9th November and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere of the restaurant, the 5 course tasting menu was an experience and the waiter Jonathan was very helpful in choosing the wine for us. |I would recommend a visit to Saphyre and enjoy the cusine on offer.

Went for special birthday celebration which we mentioned in passing but wasn't taken up by staff. Interesting, unsual and limited lunch menu choices, not for everyone . Definitely fine dining with small portion s with lots of elements which are devine although tiny.would avoid cheese board as only 2 really tiny silivers of cheese a spoonful of chutney and unsual crackers- reminded me of something scrapped of a baking tray- not pleasant Room, table setting and decor impeccable. Colour scheme beautiful. Nice background live music on Saturday afternoon. Good to see professional waiters who known what ingredients are in the dishes. Would have given 5 stars but our side orders never arrived and if waiter had asked during main meal and not after if everything was okay it could have been rectified. Apologises where given but in this standard of establishment I would have expected at least an offer of complimentary coffee. Would return for very special occasion but not with my husband as he likes a good feed when we go out for a meal!! However it is delightful to have delicious elements on your plate beautifully presented in lovely surroundings. A place to impress someone who likes fine dining. Oh BTW cocktails lovely

Great experience. Very helpful and friendly staff. The food was delicious but the portions were small. Nice atmosphere and really enjoyed the evening.

We had the 7 course tasting menu with wine pairing. All courses and wines delicious and the sommelier really knowledgeable and entertaining about the wine. Food at one point a little slow coming because of a busy Saturday night but they topped up our wine glasses and we did not notice any deal.

This is a extraordinary dining experience both from a venue and food perspective. Not a lot to do before they receive a star or two in the guide. We have the full experience with two very nice wines and got the tour of their design and furniture business on a Saturday eve.

Excellent service throughout. Went for an anniversary dinner and had the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Made for a special evening. Absolutely gorgeous food and the wine was some of the best I've had. In addition the gentleman talking us through the wines was just a lovely guy with great knowledge and is an asset to the restaurant.

Belfast top restaurant with delicious food. Good for a date for a fine dining

Food was exceptional, but to be honest service could be better for that levrl of restaurant and prices. For example had to ask for napkins and my husband got red instead of white wine. When we said that we had ordered white the waiter acted awkwardly and said we had ordered red... my husband decided to take the red as he is not confrontational but the waiter didn't apologise just left the glass and scampered.

Simply stunning. We had the seven course tasting menu with paired wines. The food and wines were excellent, full of rich flavours and contrast whilst the service and ambience were perfect.

Sumptuous surroundings, a warm welcome. The menu at lunchtime has exactly the right amount of choice, we had rwo different plates to begin and again two different main courses. Each dish perfectly executed, full of flavour. Service is attentive yet discreet. Champagne by the glass (always a great idea) Delicious cheese and coffee to finish. It wa my first visit but it certainly won't be my last.

Fabulous setting, food and staff. Only downfall was the length of time between courses. We went for the 7 course tasting with wine pairing and waited an hour for our first course and by the end of the second hour were only starting our 3rd course. Excuses given was that there was a large group in. However when your paying over £200 for two people that is not an excuse

Beautiful food and paired wines on the tasting menu. Very attentive staff - a lovely treat for our anniversary! Kindly treated to a surprise glass of Prosecco on arrival too. Would definitely return and recommend.
