Saperavi, is the first Georgian restaurant in the Canadian Prairies. We offer a wide variety of authentic dishes inspired by our very experienced chef. The cuisine is based on the culinary traditions of Georgia, developed through the centuries. We appreciate that only a relatively small number of Canadians have traveled to the country Georgia so we have brought a part of Georgia to Winnipeg. Whereas the cuisine is specific to the country, it has had some influences from Middle Eastern, Western Asian and European traditions. We have created a unique and personal dining experience, on Corydon Avenue, for our patrons.

Innovative and tasty food served by a pleasant staff. Nice low key atmosphere with good decor. We will return. The spices were a little mild for my taste but the dishes were good and nicely presented.

Wonderful food with professional preparation and homemade goodness. Our group of four enjoy the Georgian dinner - each dish was unique and flavourful. We will definitely return with friends and family to try other items and repeat our favourites.

The food was good, but the service was very negligent. We waited for about 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Then, we waited for about 30 minutes to pay our bill. I had to look for the waitress to get her attention so that I could pay.

I dined with 7 friends and we got the Georgian supper. Its also our first time trying Georgian cuisine. It was really good, our favorite is the Imeruli, Adjaruli, Chkmeruli, Shashlik. They were tasty and fresh. We were not able to have dessert because we were so full. I can't wait to try other dishes next time. And their salad, I forgot the name. It's fresh a sit can be.
