   The chophouse 614 is now Santos. They've kept certain parts of the chophouse menu, but it is quite different now. The service was very good. The ambience is a bit over the top -- pink chandelier over the bar, and there is a dance club next door. I suppose it depends on what you're looking for--I didn't mind it, but I was in the minority :). The mussels were okay but were tremendously under seasoned and even after adding much needed salt, they remained just okay. They came with cheese bread and honestly it made the dish unnecessarily heavy and made it difficult to dip the bread in the broth. My wife and I shared the 16 oz ribeye -- it was cooked a perfect medium rare, but the meat itself was chewy and gristly, not what you'd expect from USDA prime. The saving grace was the side of Brussels sprouts -- they were excellent. In terms of drinks, I really liked my dirty martini (with vodka and olives with blue cheese).

   Went to enjoy cocktails, appetizers and dessert and all were delicious. Ambiance was perfect sitting on the open patio on a cool evening. Can’t wait to go back and try a few of the entrees.

    Food was fair, at best. Very few vegetarian options. One plate of food arrived 10 minutes after everybody else and server didn't seem too concerned at the inconvenience. Disappointing overall. We will not go back.

    Everything was excellent, except for the drinks, I could tell the bartender didn’t know how to make them, the Paloma one of the easiest drink to make taste nothing like it, the margarita so much syrup in it. You need more bartenders with experience behind the bar. It was my second time in 2 weeks there and the drinks not were up to the place standard.

    The waiter did not check on our table that often. The steak sauce came out way after the food. As time paid for the check, we got the most conversation with her than the whole time dining. This was not my first time I understand it's busy but regardless we have better service.

    Booked this reservation for our anniversary expecting an upscale steakhouse. The restaurant rebranded into Santos, serving comfort food and tacos, with a few items held over from the Chophouse. Wife had deviled eggs which she liked. I had the shrimp cocktail. At $20, I was expecting jumbo colossal shrimp. They were average size. We both had the filet. The sear and cook was excellent, but the steak was not a prime cut like I expect at a steakhouse. We finished with a crème brûlée which was tasty. We each had a glass of wine. The wine menu felt uninspired. $16 for a glass of wine that is $16 a bottle at Kroger. Service was on point. Sydney handled every request. Dirty dishes did not linger on the table. Ambiance was weird. Large booths and tables with big cushy chairs and red chandeliers everywhere, a big fake tree in the middle of the restaurant and random neon lights on the wall. It’s like they can’t decide what they want to be. For this dinner, the value just wasn’t there. We spent $200 for an average steak and average drinks. We wanted to try a new place. Just wish we knew the restaurant was in transition. FYI… the restaurant is now Santos. The menu is different than the one listed on open table. The items that were carried over to the new menu are more expensive than listed here.

    I rarely rate places but it was such a bad experience. First of all the name was changed to Santos, and the decor was like someone just pieced together a room with random stuff. The service was horrific, waitress was rarely around and the bar drinks took forever and the bar was not full. The lobster tacos looked like something I could do at home with not even trying. My girlfriend had a seafood pasta and it was okay, did not look appetizing at all but somehow tasted okay at least. The decor made me not even want to try an actual steak there. A waste of a 124 dollar dinner night which is low for an actual nice restaurant and steak house so I guess I was lucky to not spend and waste money on terrible food and service.

    Very few items left from the old menu. I wish they could resurrect the great menu that once was . Excellent fish and chips and I would say flatbread is closer to classic pizza but the crust tasted more like bread, hence the moniker of flatbread I guess. Drinks seemed the same as before. I am not sure if the Shirt Notth really needed another Taco themed Day of the Dead decor restaurant. Miss the sushi. Miss the she crab soup and clam chowder. It was some of the best in town. Overall however if it had been my first time to the concept without having been to its previous incarnations I would have still left very pleased. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed. The owner may even bring back a few more old recipes if we keep asking.

    They over cooked 2 Ribeyes for the same person (asked for medium and was well done). Then I was served a strip steak when I ordered a ribeye. Being a chef I knew the difference. When I brought it to their attention they tried to convince me it was just a long ribeye. Charged me for a ribeye too. Only offered a single dessert for the whole table.

    The service and ambiance was great but the food was not good at all. The price of the food and drinks are well over priced for the quality as well as quantity given. It seems they are investing in every part of the restaurant except the actual food. I would personally take average ambiance and customer service for great tasting food even if it’s over priced like it is here. Never going back and would have to tell friends and family not to waste their time and money too.

    For dinner, steak cooked to perfection, scallops and the brussel sprouts were amazing! Server was SO wonderful, bar was extremely slow on the drink order. (Should have just ordered wine) Specialty drinks were tiny and wayyyy overpriced. Buckeye cake was meh.. no chocolate flavor, slightly dry and you could barely taste the peanut butter. We felt like we were in a casino atmosphere.. very loud music with bass for dinner, bougie decorations, much younger crowd than expected… hostess staff were so polite. So if you want a great dinner, with a young, hip crowd, uber trendy environment, and great service highly recommend. If you want a more traditional style dinner environment, skip it.. or pretend you’re in Vegas, not the short north.

    Our sushi was great. The filet Oscar was good. On par with every other place though. The carrot cake was good, but our Buckeye cake was a bit dry. Since they stopped doing weekend brunches, they were in unable to make a basic Bloody Mary. Service was really good.

    This place was 10x better when it was Urban’s. The food was good and the service was good. We were a little disappointed that on a Friday night when there was a home hockey game and the Arnold Classic in town, the place was close to empty. Also, when you make a reservation they recommend a business casual dress code but there were people there in sweat pants and hoodies.

    I would highly recommend! It was a positive experience from arrival and our greeting from the hostess to our waiter(Parish) to our table service personnel who smoothly came and went bringing our dishes and removing our empties.
