I have been to Santorini often. The food is always great. The waiter, Dimitri, was very attentive. I asked about Greek red wine and he was spot on with his recommendation. Although my friend and I didn’t say that it was our birthdays he saw us opening presents at the table and brought a piece of cake with a candle. He lit it twice so we each could make a wish and blow it out. Bravo!!
