   We've visited Sante numerous times and have been fortunate to have Dennis as our waiter each time. Dennis is exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always spot-on with his recommendations. The food, as always, was outstanding.

   This was our first trip to Sonoma and having dinner at Santé was a highlight! The service was excellent and our food was scrumptious. I loved the duck and our guests enjoyed their chateaubriand! Treat yourself to the yummy chocolate zeppoles for dessert!

   I was surprised that with fine dining and a nice meal that they provide bread and butter, it’s additional and the waiter wasn’t the friendliest.

   Food was fantastic, but what truly made our experience five stars was the outstanding service from Melissa. She is friendly, professional, and made our evening feel so special. We actually came back a second time because of how wonderful she made our first visit! Gabriel, the manager and sommelier, also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a big impression on us. Between the delicious food and the incredible service, this has quickly become one of our favorite places. We can’t wait to come back again in September.

   Outstang food and service, a must do if you are in the Ares, ask for the patio, it is Lovely.

   We always go to Santé while staying in Fairmont . Very elegant restaurant ! We will be back

   Loved the ambience! We started outside but had to move inside as the bugs were a little too friendly. Great food - great service!

   We were in one of the Chalets and had Luis as our server. It was a perfect dinner and evening. Very relaxing with delicious food and Luis is so personable and provided great service for my husbands birthday.

   Fantastic service from Dennis, amazing food. We had the duck cassoulet, caviar and salmon rillettes for apps which were all incredible. For entrees we had the sole, maitake mushroom & pot au feu, all 3 were outstanding!!
