    The ingredients were very fresh and good; what we had was good tasting. But it wasn't consistent with the menu. A sandwich that was supposed to include hummus didn't have any hummus. The grain bowl was a salad with a few grains. The kitchen staff/chef doesn't know the menu or isn't following it.

    We hosted a business luncheon at the Sante'; the food and service was exceptional. Elizabeth was awesome...thank you again for taking care of us. I have one recommendation: it is a bit noisy and difficult to hear especially if seated in the center area. Recommend you install sound deadening ceiling tiles (or something similar to dampen the sound). Thank you agian.

    Hands down some of the best food I’ve ever had in life. We ordered the salmon & lamb dishes and they were both worthy of high praise. The service was incredible. Didn’t feel like your average hotel restaurant or bar. The only complaint was the noise level. Felt like we were almost yelling across the table at times over the music and TVs. Other than that, I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

    My brother and I were looking for a more traditional afternoon tea services. For the most part Santé hit the mark. We really only had two critiques 1) There was a lack of more traditional tea options. 2) Some of tea sandwiches were needlessly extravagant. (We would have preferred perfectly executed, simple and delicious sandwiches over the overly "imaginative" semi-inedible ones we received.) The service was excellent and the scones & pastries were delicious. Overall, it was not a bad experience but nothing about it has us feeling like we wanted to come back.

    This was the first time doing High-Tea and Sante and I would definitely recommend it. The curated 3 tiered small bites has both savory and sweet delicacies and you might think you would not get full off of it but it turns out my mom and I couldn't even finish. My favorite item was the hot, right-out-of-the-oven blueberry scones. Service was immaculate, water glasses were never empty and our tea was always hot. My ONLY tiff, given this was at the Ritz is that my mom and I were the first ones in the restaurant that morning and since the place is window-less with dim lights -grant it to set an ambiance, they put us in a small corner kind of toward the back. For 11:30 on a Sunday morning, it would have been nice to be seated somewhere that was a bit brighter.

    Load conversation from the bar overflows into the dinning room. Some of the food and wine was overpriced. Breakfast and dinner service was excellent. Appearance in the dinning area very “drab” needs updating.

    This place is overpriced and very mediocre. I ordered grilled oysters (qty 2) and it took 30 mins to come out and that was me prompting the server to check on the order from the kitchen. I ordered lamb skewer-- please do not call something a lamb skewer when it is grounded up lamb in a shape of a meatball--that's not a lamb skewer.

    First time in santé and you have to go! This place is great. The lamb is to die for. IT WAS SOOO GOOOD! The service we received was so amazing! Staff are really knowledgeable and make great recommendations and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us complimentary birthday desserts for my Birthday. 🤍

    Our waiter was simply the best. We enjoyed the grilled octopus and lamb skewers for appetizers, and steak for dinner. All were well-prepared. Drinks were goo too!

    This was my first time eating at Sante and all in all, I had a great experience. The service was stellar, I had Juan and he was very attentive. Juan also doubled as the bar tender and the drinks were pretty good too. The only downside to Sante is that they have a limited food menu, they don’t allow for much deviation from their preset menu, and they are a tad too pricey. I’m not sure the value is worth it. The ambiance though was awesome. I would certainly consider coming here again.

    We had high tea. The choice of teas were very limited. The food for high tea was terrible. The food quality was poor. Most of the items were sweet, with the exception of two savory items. It was not worth the money. Very disappointing. However, the service was fantastic. We had a wonderful server. The high tea wasn’t even worth a fraction of what we paid. Our experience at Ritz Carleton high teas at other locations were exceptional. This location was very poor.
