Santa Fe Oxygen & Healing Bar - APOTHECARY
Tourists from San Francisco...Wanted an açaí bowl and made a reservation. We arrived and room is great... couches around the room with tables in the middle...a small cute bar off to the side. We were thrilled to see that it was also an oxygen and CBD bar... wow. Ate the amazing açaí bowl then strapped on the O2... got a swig of CBD and some salve to rub on pulse points... since we are from CA, we are quite familiar w the power of CBDs — I have been using every day for a couple of years now — but had never been in a great venue like this! Wonderful and helpful staff...
Lovely atmosphere enhanced by gracious servers and superb food. Oxygen treatments during lunch were really energizing too. High recommend this experience
My husband needed oxygen because he wasn't acclimating to the altitude. We made a reservation. The bar was at the top of a long flight of stairs. There is no way he could have even made it in the front door. Not a wise choice as far as location. Congrats on making it ironic but impossible to visit your location. We suffered without help.
We had our whole family, a party of seven, to enjoy dinner. The food was absolutely outstanding. The best we had in Santa Fe. We enjoyed it more than even one of the extremely expensive restaurants we tried for just my husband and I! I highly recommend people begin going to enjoy just the food, even if you have no interest in oxygen or other treatments.
Four of us had a wonderful time at the Oxygen bar. We went for dinner before a concert at the Lensic, and I think this will become my go-to pre-theatre spot. It is just a block away from the Lensic Performing Arts Center, so in a perfect location for that.
We started with lovely non-alcoholic cocktails. There is a large selection of non-alcoholic drinks that are creative and unusual--many infused with herbal and botanical elixirs. I had the Lemon Drop with additional ginger--it was delicious and refreshing. For an entree I had the Thai curry, and chose to add chicken (it starts as a vegetarian dish, but you can add chicken, shrimp, or salmon for a reasonable charge). It was fragrant and very tasty. Two in our group had the Pad Thai, one with shrimp, and one with salmon, and they were very happy with this. Another had clam and scallop chowder, one of the evening's specials, and he too was happy. For desert I had a chocolate cookie with CBD oil served with a bed of coconut cream (something between iced cream and whipped cream)--all delectable. I also had the buttered chai, which was just great. On my one previous visit to the Oxygen Bar, I'd just stopped in for an afternoon tea, and had that chai--it was so delicious and the service so friendly, and the decor so warm and beautiful, that I was eager to come back for dinner.
Our waitress was knowledgable and helpful, and made sure we got to our concert on time. The owner stopped by our table and answered our questions about CBD oil and the various herbal elixirs that are available. We didn't take advantage of supplemental oxygen--we are locals and more-or-less acclimated to the altitude, but I would really recommend that for anyone struggling in our thin air!
We are looking forward to our next visit.
The ambience was very unique. The food was very fresh and tasted amazing. It is located right off the main plaza which is a great location. We will definitely go back!
I book this reservation for lunch because it was s listed as a tapas/small plates. The food was interesting and somewhat interesting but it was not a small plate or tapas restaurant, I wouldn't go there again
My husband and I tried Santa Fe Oxygen & Healing Bar after hearing from several people that they served amazing food.
They do!! AMAZING food and excellent choice of healthy drinks. They make their own coconut milk so any drink with coconut milk is going to be outstanding!!! We had the yucca pizza...so delicious! and the best Pad Thai I have ever had. Everything is so fresh and healthy. HIGHLY recommend it. Can't wait to get back and try more of the menu!
I ate there once before and had the Curry Stew which was excellent. This time I ordered the pizza and I was not crazy about it. My friend had a special dish made of Salmon and special sauce and that was delicious.
Finally a place to eat that is fantastic for vegans and their people who love meat. Thank you for carefully creating space for both. The food is artistically hand crafted and everything lovingly made. Atmosphere is relaxing and there is no pressure to finish quickly. A return to old Santa Fe.
Great vegan choices and amazing mocktails. Dylan and GT were very helpful and friendly. We will be back
The food was healthy and delicious. They offer a variety of foods on their menu for vegans and meat eaters as well. The elixir drinks are custom-crafted and the teas are incredible. The service is excellent, friendly and fun.
A friend gave me a gift card to this restaurant so we tried it out. It was fabulous, it had oxygen services, specialty teas and clean, delicious food! The place was decorated so beautifully, it felt like we were at somebody’s house. It was cozy and three gals sang in the background. As a local Santa Fean, I absolutely love how the city embraces uniqueness and innovative ideas and this is no exception to the special character of Santa Fe. I’m so happy I found them and we’ll be back. My 7 and 8 year old girls loved the Pho with chicken, and my husband I had the curry and a Pizza. The food was fresh, tasty and presented beautifully.
This is the spot to go when you are in Santa Fe. Literally the One Stop Shop for all your healing food and etc needs . We will definitely 100% come back here when we are in town. Thank you so much for your healing love and food. 🙏🏽✨❤️
Pomegranate cocktail and guacamole appetizer were great. Entrées were not quite what we expected. Oaf Thai sauce was much too gluey. Pho did not have very many vegetables and no noodles? But we knew we were getting healthy meal.
We're all locals but haven't been here before this time. Not really impressed fully with the food though we found it interesting and tasty. Very, very slow service. Had to ask to give our order then waited more than 30 min for entrees. Servers seem to be more interested in talking to people they know or those that come in to the oxygen bar. The guitarist at first and other musician later were too loud for comfortable conversation though their music was good. Dessert was excellent. It's gimmicky and maybe you do need a good hit of oxygen (think $20/20min) if you're not used to our altitude, but for us there's no reason to return sadly.
A really fun Santa Fe experience the staff is delightful and the food yummy!
