Sangria is one of the best restaurants. Large menu to chose and you will not be disappointed! The shrimp diablo and veal sangria are among my favorites! The staff is always helpful, nice and attentive!

We’ve been there several times. The food is the best you can get. Service excellent and an outstanding value. One of the very few nicer eating establishments in Suffolk that’s worth going out to. KUDOS ALL AROUND!!!!!

I had a chicken dish stuffed with cheese in a delish sauce. My daughter and I both had it. It was so good. We were celebrating our birthdays. The only thing we were not happy about was the portion. It was just 2 very small rolled pieces of chicken with cheese in it. About the size of a large egg. My grandson ordered the pasta with butter . He started to eat it and said it tasted bad. Don't know if the butter was different or the pasta had a funny taste. My husband loved his salmon!

Service was good. We had the 2 salmon dishes. Salmon was cooked perfectly but we did not care for the toppings. Side dish Rice was very dry. Salad was good but I really didn’t taste any dressing. We ordered two drinks, a Manhattan which the bartender clearly didn’t know how to make! It was awful! The other was a Margarita which also was awful! This is the 2nd time we went to Sangria 51 since it opened and it most likely will be our last. We’re sorry we didn’t like it as it is very close to our home.

Sangria 71 was, as always, a pleasure to dine at. We brought friends from out of state. All our dishes were perfect. Wait staff was friendly, attentive and very efficient. The atmosphere was very relaxing. This is one of our favorite restaurants.

Food and service were fantastic. We had a selection of tapas plates and later ordered additional, all of which were freshly prepared and tasty. Service was excellent, making sure we had sufficient clean plates. On our next visit we may try the entree m3nu in lieu of tapas, they looked excellent. Great restaurant!!!

Had the paella valenciana - chicken was excellent, chorizo was delicious, rice was cooked nicely, but the shrimp were not cleaned well, the muscles and the clams had enough sand in them I could taste it throughout the whole meal.

Always special and well prepared selections. Outside tonight for a small meal so we enjoyed the grilled shrimp tapas and the filet mignon tips. Excellent. Our server. Theresa, was terrific.

We have been going to Sangria for many years and have always loved it, except for the last 2 times. The quality of the food has gone downhill. I sent my chicken ajillo back and was offered to order something else. I decided to stay away from the meat after the chicken I ordered was dry, tough and filled with tendons. .l ordered a Spanish Tortilla and was told it would take 25 minutes and I consented to waiting. After 35 minutes of waiting I asked where my tortilla was as and was told the kitchen was closed. Very disappointing! The chicken paella was also disappointing and the salad was ordered without onions and tasted like onions.

We were very disappointed in our meal. We ordered the paella and all the components were clearly cooked separately - with absolutely no seasoning - and then dumped on top of poorly-seasoned, poorly-cooked rice. I actually asked for cocktail sauce to at least have some warm shrimp cocktail as my meal since the rest of it was inedible (note: the shrimp was actually cooked perfectly, just completely without seasoning). Our waiter was lovely and when we complained about the food he was very apologetic and said he would alert management. He returned with the bill and no further conversation about the food - a clear indication that management didn't care. Hindsight, our last-minute Saturday at 8:30 PM reservation should have tipped us off. Then when we arrived and saw how many tables were empty... we now know why and should have followed our gut instinct to dine elsewhere.
