Good food and ambiance.
Service is good but could use improvement.
Everything was delicious! We had fried shrimp dumplings, spicy calamari rings, Singapore noodles and one of the noodle soups. Service was fast and efficient— will definitely be back!
Overpriced for the quality and portion sizes...
When we arrived the restaurant had closed. However open table allowed us to make a reservation for 10pm knowing it closed at 9pm. I drive an hour for no reason.
Better than average Chinese food- very good Peking duck. We will go back.
We went for University City Dining Week. The meal was outstanding as was the value.
The Peking Duck was amazing. The avocado and candied walnut salad was delicious and refreshing. I would highly recommend it. We went last year too and then went back again in the winter. Loved it.
Authentic Chinese fair, prompt service, and delicious
Great food and a wonderful place to celebrate a friend's retirement. Wish we could have stayed longer, we had so much fun. Extensive menu at a great lunch price.
I'm usually not a fan of hotel lobby restaurants but this one is always busy with a steady stream of non hotel guests coming in. Decided to give it a try and glad I did. They know how to do duck! Would definitely return even when not staying at the Sheraton.
It was a nice experience and the people were nice and polite. The food was served hot and the drinks were tasty.
Very popular UC Chinese with large menu and reasonable prices.. Service is very efficient and food has always been good
This branch of a Chinatown restaurant is located inside a Sheraton hotel and is very attractively decorated. Service is pleasant and very efficient by young Chinese servers. Among my favorites is Sang KEE Wonton Soup as the broth has much more interesting flavor than the usual chicken broth found elsewhere
A rather unusual dish here is Lotus Root stuffed with pork. I’ve enjoyed the many meals I’ve had here. It is also only one block from International House if you are attending a film at their LIGHTBOX CINEMA CENTER
Went Christmas Day, a special menu was advertised, but unavailable. Diners were packed in like sardines. have gone in the past, will not return.
Food was weirdly under seasoned, even items marked “spicy.” Restaurant needs to have a session with employees to reinforce hygiene standards after using restrooms.
I have eaten at this restaurant 3 times and, overall, they were positive experiences.
I was there very recently with 2 other people. This experience did not start out well as 2 of our first courses had to be sent back as they were cold. One woman who was with us (visiting for the first time) had to wait about 15-20 mins. (felt longer) to get her main dish while I and the other person got our dishes delivered right away.
We complained to the Manager who opted to cover the cost of both our dessert and first courses which was most appreciated and good customer service.
Overall, I would recommend this restaurant.
Our party of six (with two kids) really enjoyed the dinner. The food was authentic and the service was attentive.
