This place is very pricey for what you get. My wife got the chicken with gnocchi and it was mediocre at best. She didn’t eat 2/3 of it. I had the heat tuna tacos and they were pretty good. My wife asked for the house Chardonnay and it cost $12 a glass. Unfortunately on the menu, it showed many options for less.

Great time, we truly enjoyed the experience. The food was excellent although we were slightly disappointed with the lemon tiramisu. It wasn’t what we expected and we wouldn’t order it again. The entrees were fantastic and the seafood chowder was exceptional. We will be back. 😊

We go here quite a bit as we live less than 5 miles away and were VERY disappointed in the food and service. We had the prefix menu the veal was very tough,and the bass was flavorless and neither included any kind of vegetable. For the price we paid we would have thought the presentation and meal would have been better. We have definitely had better here. Our server was friendly but timing was way off and disappointing. We got our appetizer and salads at the same time. We also got our dessert before we were finished with our meal. The best part of our meal was the drinks. We will be back again for the bar but will rethink dinner. We also felt rushed to get out as it was NYE and we were leaving at 9:45.

Food was great. Drinks were good. Service is slow. 2nd time at the restaurant and both times the service has been slow. We would have ordered more drinks but she didn't come back to the table. My glass was empty starting at 2 bites after the food was delivered. Set my glass on the outer edge of the table hopefully that she would notice. Still waiting for her to ask if I would like something else. At least 3 empty tables in the room we were sitting in, so not busy at all.

The food and service was very good. I felt bad for our waitress, though, who had to apologize her way through a minefield of problems she didn’t create: online food and drink menus were dated and we had to change plans, there was a menu of specials on the table that looked good but were not available, the beer tap system was down so that was disappointing. The day was saved with a fantastic waitress and a pear salad that was remarkable. We’ll be back.

SPBH always has wonderful items on their menu, although they do rotate so check to see if your favorite is still there. Their lunch and dinner menus are different as well. We've been there for both lunch and dinner and they're both wonderful, although lunch generally seems less crowded.

Sandy Point Beach House is the perfect "off the boat" or "back from the beach" high-end restaurant during the summertime. The food and drink options are superb. It is much more quiet (but still with the same great food) during the wintertime.

Relaxing and inviting for the Winter season. Warm lighting and tables were spaced out so we could have some privacy. The Chicken Paprikash and Fish and Chips were unbelievable. The blush sauce served with the fish is a new favorite. I will now need that sauce anytime I want to dip something.
