It is by far the best sushi (so fresh!) and Asian restaurant on the island. They also have a chef from Thailand serving authentic Thai food with unbelievable flavors and beautiful presentation.

Great experience and we had a fantastic waitress. Many people started coming in and our waitress was overwhelmed with so many tables. They definitely needed more help for a full restaurant. Food was great and everything was good.

This was our second meal at San. Both were delicious! The sushi is fantastic as is the Pad Thai. One of the best meals we've had during our time in French Polynesia. The staff is friendly and the service is very good. Definitely a good choice for dinner.

Nous avons été enchantés par le restaurant en tous points ! Nous y sommes allés à 4 (parents et enfants) pour l'anniversaire de mon mari. Le service était nickel (bons conseils,, patients, attentionnés, rapide), les plats fabuleux (les produits sont bien frais, les assaisonnements parfaits). Nous avons eu une soupe miso d'accueil offerte par la maison ainsi qu'une surprise d'anniversaire pour mon mari : des mignardises avec une bougie et une chanson d'anniversaire par les serveuses. Bref, nous avons été enchantés du début jusqu'à la fin ! On pourrait dire que les prix sont élevés, mais tout a été à la hauteur. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe !

We had a reservation, though the restaurant was not very busy but filled up while we were there. We were the only guests at the Sushi Bar and enjoyed watching the masterful chef prepare dishes. There was a large party going on in another area of the hotel and our server said no “Signature cocktails” would be available since all the bar tenders are working the party. Also, there was not any Red Tuna or Salmon available, except in rolls, that was a big disappointment, as those are two of our favorites. That said, the roll my wife had and the Yellowtail sashimi I had were both excellent and artfully presented. The house Sake was good but there were no coffee choices following our meal. Despite the few disappointments we would consider coming here again.
