   Would give zero stars but unable to continue so 1 star for each category. Booked table via Open Table through restaurant website for Sunday Night Football. Arrived to be told that they don’t accept reservations and there was no available table for us to eat. Staff were pretty clueless. Didn’t eat so can’t comment on food or ambience. Service absolutely abysmal. If you don’t take bookings don’t allow bookings to be placed via website or Open Table. Would not recommend. Morton’s Steakhouse and Bartlett Hall are much better venues. Both take bookings and honour them. Did email Restaurant after our experience but they haven’t bothered to respond. Just about sums up their service.

   Good bar menu food. Not a huge variety of menu but the food we did order was very good

   I went to this place 3 times in total. The first 2 were great - we had reservations for 6 people (during playoff games), the reservations were honored and we were able to enjoy well-priced drinks and pretty good bar food in a fun atmosphere. The service was also very good (especially from the lady who seemed to be managing the place, forgot her name). However, I made another reservation for 5 people during one of the NBA finals, and this one time went really bad. Our reservation was at 6pm - we ran into some traffic so my parents got there at 6:05 - they were told we had no reservation by the manager (Jesse), and that there was no table. I arrived at 6:10pm, and checked in with him to see if there was something weird with a reservation. He initially told me we had no reservation, but then I pulled up the opentable reservation on my phone so he couldn't lie anymore, and shamelessly told me that there was no space for us. He told me that on big nights like that one, people had to arrive 15 minutes before their reservations. That's BS, as that was mentioned nowhere when I made the reservation. Jesse was a complete jerk and showed no sign of compassion at all, and I won't come back to this bar because of him. Too bad, the first 2 times were fun.

   Need to hire some help - one guy trying to work the bar as well as every table seemed unfair. He was extremely nice and trying very hard. The food was great if expensive.

   Chicken tacos were good. Fish and chips (or at least the fish part) not good, even for bar food. Service was extremely poor all around. Won’t go back.
