   As always we had a wonderful meal. Truly appreciated the service and how everyone took care of us. Thank you for making our Easter so special. We shall definitely be back.

   We had an incredible dinner at San Baylon during our stay in Rome! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the food, the hotel, and the city. We were there celebrating a milestone birthday, and they went above and beyond to make us feel special. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an exceptional menu and a beautiful atmosphere.

   Magnifique soirée dans un lieu atypique. Le service a été remarquablement soucieux de ces clients. Très bon menu, les vins proposés par le sommelier était excellent Je recommande vivement !!

   Valentine Day dinner. Started good - waiter was coming all the time to check on us and explain the food etc. very good so far. By mid point all the waiters disappeared, food was coming slowly, explaining of the food stopped. They didnt clean the table between courses and after the main dish no one came for over 30 min to ask if we wanted anything for dessert. Ordered extra glass of wine - the forgot to bring it. Asked for the bill - gave us the wrong bill with extra items. Food was a hit or miss - some things were very good - monk fish and the plin, others were just meh. The room lacked atmosphere because of the decor and the way the tables were set. The music was also weird - chill house music?!? You would expect more of chill/romantic vibe music

   Ce fut un moment inoubliable !!! Non seulement pour le côté culinaire du menu que nous avons découvert plat par plat mais aussi pour ce Voyage en terre inconnue sur la carte du Chef qui nous a régalé des amuses bouches jusqu'aux mignardises en passant par le cocktail proposé par notre serveur. Le service fut amusant mais surtout impeccable entre deux hotes au service très impliqués et souriants ... Avec même quelques fous rires entre français anglais et italiens lors de la description de nos assiettes. Sylvia que nous avions rencontrée la veille nous a reçus avec charme et disponibilité et nous a même fait visiter les lieux tout en nous racontant l'histoire du bâtiment au travers des photos qui ornent les murs du restaurant. Je recommande vivement cet établissement qui a comblé nos attentes bien au-delà de ce que nous avions espéré !! Nous reviendrons à coup sûr, c'est l'un de nos plus beaux souvenirs pour notre visite de Rome.

   Sono tornato dopo il cambio dello chef. Anche con il nuovo mangiato assai bene e il servizio perfetto. Consiglio tutto, forse qualcosa da cambiare nei dolci.

   Amazing food from start to finish. Modern take on Italian cooking. Excellent cooking with interesting flavour combinations and was extremely tasty . The risotto with the herbs was outstanding as was the monkfish. Service was also outstanding. Relaxed and friendly but also efficient. I’d highly recommend.

    Staff was attentive and nice! The food was very good, if you’re looking for traditional it’s not the place, but contemporary great experience was amazing! We did have the tasting menu + wine, the staff chose the best food!
