   My husband and I made pre-paid reservations for New Years Eve and couldn't make it due to the ferry availability that evening. Truth is I should not have made these reservations without knowing the ferry availability first. However, it seems good business practice to refund when someone cannot make a reservation for what ever reason. We even got a ride to this restaurant to ask in person for a solution or receive our money worth of food. The Hostess was very kind but we still got nothing in return for the $70+ US spent. Too bad because the ambiance seems amazing and I love the island. If you are the owner, we would greatly appreciate being refunded. Thank you!

   I chose to eat at this restaurant for my golden birthday - turning 30 years old. They made it the worst experience imaginable. We were there for 3 hours and never ended up getting our food. We tried to get any servers attention about our situation but nobody would do anything about it. An hour in, our server turned into the restaurant dj. I have never written a restaurant review before but this one I had to. Do not go here. Do not eat here. This place is a disaster.

   Incredibly disappointed. This is truly the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurants. I made a reservation over a month in advanced for a surprise engagement celebration and also requested hibachi in the notes. Upon arrival, they didn’t even have a table available for us. They then sat us in the very back at a table with less chairs than the reservation. They informed us we didn’t have a hibachi reservation despite it being in the notes. They then promised us a hibachi table in about 1 hr. 1.5 hrs later our children had not even received a beverage nor was an appetizer order taken. After 2.5 hours at the restaurant we ended up getting up and walking away. Our children were starving and we simply couldn’t be strung on any longer for a hibachi chef that was clearly never coming. The manager had zero power to do anything to make things right. There was an older man above the manager running around like crazy and tried to seat 2 random people at our table for an intimate family celebration. Truly have never experienced anythign like this and we were not the only group having the same problem that night. Stay away and don’t book for large parties.

   It was honestly the most fun I've ever had at a restaurant in the US or otherwise. We laughed, smiled, and were wowed multiple times throughout the meal. The service was amazing and we literally were given amazing entertainment for 2 hours plus. We spent $325 which usually would be very expensive, but it was actually worth it! You won't be disappointed.

   We had the best time ever! Sushi was delicious, vibes were great, service was wonderful! Our server made it a great time for us. She went above and beyond!! Loved every moment here! Definitely go if you like sushi and want a fun vibe!

   Most amazing hibachi my wife and I have ever eaten at, show was amazing service was great, and the ambiance was just stunning!!! Definitely will recommend to anyone, open table great job as always with reservations never any problems,definitely my go to app for dinner reservations 🤙🏾

   Celebrating Twin Daughters 18th Birthday here. Pricey but good food good service and entertainment in an awesome settings. You get what you pay for!
