Led by local talent executive chef Josh Whitehead & head chef Andy Castle, who where possible, use as much produce sourced from Yorkshire or Great Britain including meat from award winning butchers, sustainably sourced fish, local vegetables & foraged ingredients. Our aim is to give a taste of Yorkshire and its surroundings with ingredient led dishes, an extensive cocktail menu & a curated and affordable wine menu.
