Having had to amend the time of my reservation due to my flight taking off late from LHR I then realised I was still running late even after landing. I called the restaurant to confirm I was en route & to enquire if they could offer takeaway as it was late. I was told the kitchen was closed. I was still within 5 mins of my reservation time! No apology. What a bunch of jokers. Don’t waste your time folks.

Food was amazing. Service was very quick. Staff however could do with being taught about customer service. We were visiting Inverness and this didn't give us a good view of customer service.

Our service was very good, and Sam’s was a nice clean restaurant;however, the Chicken Marsala had a strong coconut flavor which was very unusual for this dish in our experience...unlike any other Chicken Marsala we had before. We did not care for that flavor. If we lived here, we would go back and try a different dish.

My husband & i have eaten here a few times. The food is always delicious with a good menu selection. All of the staff are very friendly, happy & efficient. Would certainly recommend Sams !
