Sambuca 360 - Plano Ratings and Reviews
If there were zero stars I would give that. The waitress was downright rude and insulting from the get go. She wasn’t available even for my guests to put in their drink order. No water was served at the table. One of my guests had to hunt her down to give her the drink order. We couldn’t order our food because she was nowhere to be found. Oh, while ordering a second round of orders for which I had to first of all find her, she asked me very rudely “who is paying for all this”. I’ve been there enough times to know that it should have been - “just so you know we have a 20 dollars minimum to separate tabs”. We were actually wanting to order food but her attitude was felt by all at the table. We went down the street to Samui Thai to eat. Didn’t think a well planned milestone birthday could be ruined by a waitress who didn’t want to do her job.
Food and dancing!! The food is good and the dancing is great! The music and live band made for a great evening of dancing. You should book dinner reservations to make sure you get in. You can order some food and drinks and have a front row seat to dance the night away!
This was my 50th birthday. The drinks were watered down and the waitress was less than attentive. The appetizers were good but the pizza was over cooked to the point of being hard. Regarding the band...we have been there several times and have always loved the bands. Last night the band was not good. The lead singer yelled more than sang and their shtick was annoying, not funny. Overall, a very disappointing evening.
No host at the door, both the lady at the bar that asked our group to just come in and our waitress didn't know they had reservations with Open Table. Service was slow, in a Sunday lunch with the restaurant only 30% full. We will not come back, as the food was unimpressive. We had the Gyro (tasteless), the house salad (OK), a seafood bisque (too thick, no one enjoyed it), and a french dip (also not recommended).
Drinks are way over priced and food is okay. I don't think the area has as many nice restaurants so they get away with those prices. It's still a chain though so keep that in mind....our waitress was good but the management rushed us through our dinner to free up the table.
Celebrated my birthday and thought it would be a fun place to have dinner and dancing. We all thought the food quality did not earn the high price tag. They did not have enough staff so service was slow in getting refills on drinks at the table. That being said, the waitress was very nice and did her best. The band was good but the music was very loud.
Will probably choose another venue next year.
Started great (like 4 stars) then turned into an extremely poor experience (0 stars) Went for an anniversary dinner - we were greeted and seated by a very sweet hostess who was very accommodating. Waitress was attentive, and the food was tasty, but over priced a bit - but, anniversary... so i didn't care. Band started up about halfway through our meal and they were very very good. All good right? Well, we made the mistake of sticking around as the club transformation occurred, as we were having such a great time.. trouble is, with the club scene came the super-rude, power-trip bouncers, the VIP jerks and the pervs standing in the middle of the dance floor checking out the women hoping for a nip-slip or something. Even though my bill approached the $300 mark, it became nearly impossible to get a drink from our waitress, as she got pulled to the VIP-poser section. (Staring at empty glasses fo over 30 mins was frustrating) I went over to the VIP section and stood behind their little self-important rope and tried flag her down, and was literally physically accosted by the vip section bouncer who claimed i was to leave the area immediately. Next time she came out of the section to go to the bar, we chased her down and demanded my check and left instead of purchasing more drinks. If we go again, i would plan dinner a little earlier so we could get in on the first hour or so of the band, then leave and go somewhere less rude and pretentious. All the irritations of the poser club scene come to fruition at this place after 11pm.
Celebrating our 21st anniversary, which was noted on the reservation. We were seated at a high top table near the door, which wasn't romantic. There was no mention of the anniversary and my requests were not recognized or honored. I voiced my dissatisfaction to the manager and he acknowledged the error and very kindly made it right. Food was amazing and dinner service was great. I was expecting a more formal dinner but it was an extremely casual atmosphere. I will be back!
We were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. Britney and Taylor assured that our experience would be memorable! The Chef brought his A game to the celebration as well. This was our first time at this establishment but it will not be our last!

Sambyca 360 is one of my favorite places. However our waitress on Saturday ignored us. I had to eat my meal without water or soda.
She also ignored the table that was there before us so much that they had to ask my husband several times to ask her to do things for them. However she consistently waited on the table next to us.
Since the two tables she ignored had black people at them and the other table had asians and whites it looks really bad.
We were here for a birthday celebration. We had great seats to watch the band so ask for it when you go. Very relaxed, good ambience and comfortable. The only thing I expected was a little "something" for the birthday boy, but nothing was offered. Nice place though!
The chicken fried ribeye was great. No grisle like regular chicken fried steak. My wife had salmon oscar and it was cooked perfectly and the hollandaise sauce didn't hurt. The waitress was very attentive and enjoyable. The hostess talked to us about the mother's day brunch and helped make special arrangements for us. Overall the experience was extremely pleasing and enjoyable for us.
For my first time, I was really impressed by the ambience of the restaurant. I went to see my friends in Good Question band. The band is awesome and the restaurant was an amazing back drop for them. My waitress was very attentive, despite the large Friday night crowd.
Table wasn't cleaned off, left sticky from previous diner. No water offered. Bartenders couldn't make a consistent drink - same drink order, two totally different cocktails came out. Server only said something after I sent it back "oh yeah, different bartender", then she went back to flirting w some guy at another table. Food was bland. Location is good, and got a patio table. At 7pm on a Saturday. That alone should have been a clue. Won't be going back.
Move along, this is not the restaurant you're looking for. And if you remember what Sambuca used to be, RUN away. It's a sports bar with lousy food, inept service, pitiful cocktails and a pretentious attitude right out of the 80's. No class and no hope of recovery.
We were there for my daughter's bachelorette party. I had confirmed directly with the restaurant that we would be eating, drinking and staying for the live music. There was confusion at check in about keeping our table for the night, but the manager straightened it out. We had a blast , great service from Chelsie, always on top of everything, orders were all correct. The band, Space Rockers, was awesome. We had a good party!
Whoever the security or front door guys are who are required to sweep the front of the establishment are extremely rude to the point where I actually had to say to one of them "I'm a customer I've already asked you twice to stop sweeping the leaves on my feet" he replied, " i'm not anywhere near your feet." Do I have to tell him that I'm wearing $1300 shoes? It shouldn't matter. They lack respect and cooth.
