Our dinner at Sama was fantastic. The food was amazing, we had a few of the specials and regular menu items and everything was great. The service was top notch.

We were celebrating our anniversary. Our table was ready at arrival. Waitress was very charming. Music was on point. Food a little on the pricey side but it was magnificent. Will definitely come back.

Amazing experience. Food was wonderful, especially the bread pudding dessert with house made ice cream. Service was excellent and the ocean waves in the background finished out the great evening!

Sama Bistro offers a refined and welcoming dining experience in Luquillo, elevated by warm, attentive, and professional service. We began with a selection of appetizers that truly impressed. The ceviche was absolute perfection—fresh, bright, and expertly balanced. The crispy pork bites served with an Asian-style sauce were flavorful and satisfying. The beets and goat cheese salad was another standout—refreshing, well-balanced, and beautifully composed. For the main course, we tried the picanha and the ribeye. While both were presented with care, the picanha arrived lukewarm and lacked bold flavor. The ribeye was decent but not particularly memorable. However, the parmesan herb fries were excellent, well-seasoned, and indulgent. Dessert was a highlight as well. The mango and coconut sorbets offered a light, tropical finish to the meal, refreshing and delicious. One area that could be improved is the beverage menu. The absence of mocktails or creative non-alcoholic options felt like a missed opportunity in an otherwise thoughtful dining experience. In summary, Sama Bistro shines with its outstanding service, well presented dishes, and memorable appetizers, salads, and sides. With a bit more attention to main dish execution and an expanded drink menu, it could easily rank among Luquillo’s best dining destinations.

Mike greeted us and was so happy we got there and right away addressed my mom to wish her a happy birthday The food was on point fresh and you can tell made with love The desserts as well were delicious Emmanuel took care of us and was wonderful and always had a smile on his face ready to answer any questions My parents were delighted and enjoyed their evening we will be back and bringing my other friends and family

Vactioning for first time in PR and asked for birthday dinner recommendation from a bar tender at our hotel . She was right, this place is fantastic ! Gorgeous open air restaurant with views of Luquillo beach . All 7 of us loved our meal, especially the halibut, huge chunk of fish , so fresh ! Unique and thoughtful menu with interesting flavor combos .
