Service and ambiance are great, and they are trying. The cocktails are inventive. My fish was raw in the center, and they gave me a whole new piece and recooked it. They don't have a dessert menu beyond soft serve and hope to add that in the future. I'm a big dessert fan, so lack of proper desserts influenced my rating.

We tried the new upstairs tables and quite liked it. Service was outstanding, but perhaps because it was not too busy yet, the upstair venue being new, and the time of the year being less busy. I had the ramen and the wife had the miso salmon - we were both very happy with our choices. We'll be back!

The ambience is great, the facility is clean, modern, and updated. The bowling alley is nice, modern, and clean. Balls and shoes are clean too. Food is average, and for the price you pay, the portion is too small. Poke was good, but others, either too salty or too sweet. Service was good and friendly. But one thing, I wish I was told that there would be an extra charge and the amount of it, for using a different type of vodka, and the additional cost was pretty steep.

Loved the outside patio. Service and food were fabulous. Poke tacos and salmon bowls were delicious. Also tried the spam roll which was fabulous. Great drinks and portions of food go to support Maui. So happy with this new Incline gem!

We ate inside and it is a bowling alley, so noise level is high but not unexpected or bad. They have a patio that, on a nice day, looks like it would be very nice. The place is decorated really cool and is super clean. Servers were attentive and courteous. The food: hit or miss at best, and the prices sent my value rating into the toilet. My wife had the poke bowl and while excellent, it was $30 for well, a poke bowl. My mother had mahi mahi tacos and the tortillas were a bit of a disaster. Outside soft shell was taken from the package and put on the dish, no heating or steaming. The hard shell had to be removed as it was too thick to bite through without potentially losing a tooth.

Really exceptional food in a unique setting. My husband had the poke tacos and I had the Godfather's Poke bowl. Both were excellent. Would highly recommend. Off the beaten path but worth the trip.

We had a party of 9 and arrived for a late lunch at 330 with bowling after. The place was not busy at that time. We were greeted by a friendly server, had our choice of seats outside and had a delicious meal. Everyone loved their meals, especially the huge pretzel and poke bowls and tacos. The owner came over to say hello and thank us and told us some history about the place, which I love. I can’t say enough good things about our visit. It was clean, lots of things to do, and a very friendly staff.

Fourth time here and food is usually very good and we have had good service. This time, the salmon bowls were overdone even though we requested the salmon to be underdone. We ordered 3 of them, and they were all the same on the dry side. One of our party ordered the poke bowl and after 10 mins of waiting while everyone else had their food, we asked about it and she brought it...no apology or awareness that he didn't have his food. Still enjoy the place and will keep going there, but the service and food were not as good as we typically experience.

Got seated at 7:15 outside picnic table Greeted by our waitress who was very pleasant but was obviously very busy When we ordered our entrees we were told they were out of pizza, 2 in our party were very disappointed, we finally ordered & ordered drinks Drinks took along time 2 of us had the pork sandwich- very disappointing 1 had a steak sandwich & enjoyed it 1 had a chicken sandwich & enjoyed it 1 had the quinoa salad & enjoyed it During dinner there were numerous young kids running through the bocce courts & planters For around $ 200.00 with tip it was a very disappointing experience

Usually the food and service are great but this night three employees did not show up so the rest were harried trying to serve all on a busy evening. We were impressed by the rest of the staff who with smiles and good humor tried to handle the situation. We definitely will return! It is very kid friendly with outdoor space complete w lots of games to keep all ages engaged.

Second time here, love this place! Great retro 50s style, relaxing outdoor dining area, great place to take the family. The Hawaiian inspired menu knocks it out of the park. Try the poke tacos, they’re fantastic! My only quibble: I asked if the bar tender could make me a Campari spritz, but was told they only make an Aperol spritz. However, they were able to make me a Negroni, which has Campari in it, so not sure what the hang up was on making me a Campari spritz. I don’t think the bar tender was actually consulted, one of the other servers told my server this. But other than that, I still had a great experience and enjoyed my Negroni, it was well made.

Outstanding food in a super fun environment. With the sun setting and a gentle breeze in the mountain air - you can’t help but feel lucky to be there. Our family was so surprised by Hawaiian food at a bowling alley but every single item was delicious & plentiful. We can’t wait to go back again & again & again.

From the moment you arrive you are made to feel very welcomed and appreciated. The cocktails have a wide varied selection and the one I tried was excellent. You won't find better Poke anywhere than here. The appetizer Chicken Wings are not to be missed. Just go and expect excellent service, top notch cocktails and great food.

Second time here and liked the food and covered patio both times along with a bowling session. The second time, the hostess sat us at a picnic bench despicte having a reservation for 5 for a covered patio table. She kept saying the covered tables were only for parties of 4 or less and we were 5. Almost all of the tables were open and ALL of them had 5 chairs. A server stepped in and told us we could sit at the table that we had reserved and all was good after that. Service and good were great.

Had the Salmon Bowl and it was good. Also had the Teriyaki chicken bowl and this was horrible. I cannot imagine how much soil cause was used for this meal. Ordered the fried rice (had to pay extra for the fried instead of white rice). We had fried rice in many establishments around the globe and this by far was the worst. I was swimming with Soi Sauce. Asked 4 times, 4 different servers for salt. Never got the salt! Real poor service. Had to ask them to remove the plates when we were done! They need training. A lot of training in service.

The food is amazing! This was our second time and I highly recommend the food. The pretzel for an appetizer is huge and delicious. The bowls are great! Ask to sit outside as it is noisy (It’s an awesome bowling alley) but the outdoor dining room is quieter. We will be back very soon!
