   Such a great place overall! The food and coffee is delicious. The live music provides for such a great atmosphere to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Make sure to try the stuffed concha; served right out of the oven. Can’t wait to be back!

   Rating: 3.5/5 ⭐ – Still a Sweet Spot, but Needs a Little More Spice! Ive been here probably 10+ times for brunch and dinner. I always rave about their unique menu and bread selections for breakfast. I prefer their breakfast menu than dinner. This time around I came for dinner because of the pozol coffee I bragged to my family and forced them to drive me here and would pay for their drink lol. However, I was disappointed to learn that indoor dining was closed off, neither OpenTable nor the restaurant had mentioned this. The ambiance is still charming, especially with the live music setting the mood. But the service was a bit off. We had about three or four different servers checking in, which sounded promising but didn’t quite work out. Our drinks and even our steak never made it to the table, which was disappointing. The staff did mention that the restaurant is under new ownership, and that explained a lot—from the changing service style to changes in the flavor of familiar dishes. Now, I have to talk about the legendary Pozol coffee—the drink I’ve raved about to everyone. It’s not on the menu anymore (cue dramatic gasp!), but they did go the extra mile and made it for me after double-checking. RIP, Pozol coffee—you will be missed. Despite these minor issues, I still had a lovely evening with my party. The music was playing, and they provided blankets (after I asked three times before they gave me one) to wrap around us. Salvia Blanca has potential but it’s clearly going through a transition. I’ll be back—hopefully after the renovation and with that steak finally in front of me.

   No nos sentimos comodos con nuestro mesero, en cuanto llegamos ya nos queria tomar la orden asi de rapido, nos queria pedir varias entradas que el sugeria sin siquiera ver la carta (eramos 2 adultos no necesitamos tanta comida) sentimos mucha presion de su parte. Con las bebidas de igual manera, nos presiono toda la estancia a estarnos mandando una y otra bebida sin haber terminado la anterior y fue muy incomodo estar diciendo que no varias veces. No fue una experiencia agradable, sin embargo el sabor de la comida estuvo excelente, todo delicioso, sabores balanceados, nada pesado... las bebidas tambien excelentes. Otro contra: No tienen vino por copeo, tienes que comprar una botella forzozamente.

   We loved the food. It was so delicious. The ceviche was so flavorful and I highly recommend it recommend ordering anything that comes with their cheesy mashed potatoes. They are so creamy. I never had anything like it. Drinks and desserts were yummy too!
