Northern Italy’s rustic charm and Miami’s vibrancy meets genuine fare: a no-fuss dining spot that guests can enjoy often with a core set of delicious dishes complemented by daily specials that leave one wanting more.

Salumeria 104 is a rustic, trattoria-style restaurant serving signature salumi dishes (artisan Italian cured meats) and traditional, house made Italian classics prepared with the finest, freshest ingredients.

Chef & Co-Owner Angelo Masarin is intent on creating dishes inspired by his childhood, such as the ones his grandmother taught him. The menu focuses on seasonal ingredients as well as a variety of imported salumi that is exclusive to Salumeria 104 to dine in or purchase by the pound.

It was great as always. One small note…our next table had a small dog (not a service dog, just a pet on a leash). Lots of yapping and it was a bit annoying. Considering that you have outdoor seating at the Midtown location, it might be better policy to insist that non-essential dogs remain outdoors. Ciao and thanks for the great service!

This place was wonderful. Some of the best food I've had in a long time. Loved the pasta in the cheese wheel and the lemon panna cota reminded me of Italian restaurants in Europe. Highly recommend!

Rimane sempre un punto di riferimento per la cucina italiana ma rispetto a qualche mese fa ho trovato in generale una qualità del prodotto più bassa. Il salame di cioccolato rimane sempre al top. Consiglio tavoli da 4 anche per 3 persone perché la grandezza dei piatti impedisce di mangiare agiatamente.

Muy buena atención ( Victoria) con profesionalismo y simpatía. La comida ajustada al paladar ítalo-americano con respeto a los ingredientes y técnicas verdaderamente italianas. Salvo el helado de zabaione, color blanco? No merece estar en la lista, es tan solo yema de huevo, azúcar y vino espirituoso es la fórmula, y su color amarillo profundo, el servido tal vez sea una crema láctea con licor, prescindente. General muy bueno.

Our final dinner of the season was wonderful in every way. The warm welcome, service from our favourite waiter Davide, well spaced courses, excellent wine, and amazing food made our evening so special. From the delicious Caesar salad, fantastic lasagna, and veal scallopini , everything was perfectly prepared. The tiramisu for dessert was also delicious. We’ll miss our regular dining spot but promise to return next winter. Thank you Salumaria 104 for all the wonderful evenings we shared together with you. Debbi
