    Always wonderful! I had the Risotto with Lobster-sublime- and my dining partner had the Fish and Chips- a longtime favorite of his. Rachel our server always remembers our favorite drinks!

    Salem is a Dallas gem! So consistently great it’s hard to believe. The menu always has some of everyone’s favorites, like the lamb chops with mushroom bread pudding - amazing! As well as new and seasonal dishes for every season. So wonderful to have Chef Abraham Salum greet us at the door. I highly recommend Salum to visitors and locals.

    One of my favourite places in Dallas. Love the seasonal menu - I get excited to see what is new each month. Everything is prepared to perfection. The owner, Abraham, makes sure that each diner has a wonderful experience!

    Celebrated two friends birthdays - tuna and chicken were spectacular as were the fried green tomatoes and goat cheese appetizers! Service was attentive but not over bearing. Another wonderful dinner and memory at Salum!

    This restaurant never disappoints, and the atmosphere is elegant but still comfortable. The wait staff are knowledgeable and attentive, and the menu is the right mix of perennial favorites and seasonal dishes. One of my favorite Dallas restaurants.

    It was a very early dinner for our party of 5 because we had a 7:30 PM event. We let the waiter know we were time constrained and he did us right! Our delicious entrees got to us quickly and we were out the door at 7:00. I have never had a bad meal at Salum. Service was friendly, professional and attentive.

    The restaurant is welcoming, the food exceptional and the service as good as the food. We especially liked four of our dishes: shrimp ceviche, calamari with sweet chile creme fraiche, halibut with Texas peas and chorizo and the cherry pecan brownies with ice cream. The other selections were good but these four were standouts. It has been some time since we have dined here. It was like seeing an old friend and wondering why you had been away from each other so long. We will be back and highly recommend it for a lovely evening dining out.

    This is one of my favorite places to take friends for a special evening. I always want to be honest about my experience being that Abraham is such a wonderful host. So, to start off with that. He was there to greet myself and my guests, which always makes the evening more special, Neil was our server and is always on points! Jeff, the bartender, was on point as well. Everyone made myself and my guests feel very welcomed! Overall everything was great. It was a bit warm in the restaurant, and the acoustics when busy makes it hard to have a conversation. I noticed the hostess was probably the weakest link to our experience upon arrival, and while we were waiting for our table. I noticed while we were at our table, she look like she could curl up in a ball and go to sleep. Anyhow, the hospitality, the ambience, the service, and the food I need for a lovely evening.

    Excellent dining venue with creative and delicious cuisine. The owner (Abraham) is never far away and watches over kitchen and dining room activities. The menu changes monthly with a few staples appearing every month along with new dishes.
