We absolutely loved the view but it was way too expensive.
We had a great waiter and never felt rushed. Food was amazing and breathtaking view!
The best brunch experience I've had. Everything was tasty and I will be back
We went to Sunday Brunch. Reservations were running late. The waiting area was extremely over crowded. We got seated 20 minutes late. The buffet: food was mostly not to temp/cool, many dishes were completely empty. Could not get anywhere near the seafood station as lines were very long. Price for two Sunday brunch, 1 ice tea and 2 mimosa $149.00! Skip brunch! Go for lunch or dinner or just cocktails.
Beautiful window table. Special treatment by servers. Wonderful variety of sea food and breakfast items.
I'm allergic to mangoes, so I was afraid to try the salmon with fruit chutney. Would have liked straight salmon ava ila ble without this relish.
It was overpriced for the value. I can't afford it more than once every 5 years. However, we did receive the senior discount. Everything was extremely delicious. Thank you. See you in 5years .
MY only suggestion is that if someone makes a reservation a week ahead of time. You should not place them in the corner by the buffet. half the people in the party had a view of the city the other half had no view at all there seemed to plenty of tables up closer to the main dinning where all people in the party could of had a view while eating. other then that it was very nice. We will be back.
Best food and service, from the wait staff to manager they were excellent.
Keen was a great waiter!
Fun spot for an indulgent birthday brunch. Too expensive for a “no occasion” weekend breakfast but will definitely go back for another special meal. We had an amazing table in a window corner and our server was fantastic.
meh - we had a gift card so we went. If you're into being a total glutton and have no regard for wasting food this might be a place for you.
Honestly I was so disappointed in Salty's management, and the hoops we had to jump through to use a gift card, that I can't really say I'd recommend it.
We make a point of going to weekend brunch whenever we are in town. I love the changes to the seafood area. Great new options and amazing service at each station. It's really great the staff even wipes down the fresh plates so they are not wet. Krissy is an amazing server and we are always giddy when we get her. Even if we don't the staff is always exceptional. The station servers are always engaging and on point and clearly enjoy what they do. We appreciate the requested time limit, but never feel rushed. Also a shout out to the valets! They are always a great start and finish to our visit!
Nice place.. i felt the NY steak had to much pepper and mash potatoes and not cooked med well like i asked..... all else was great.
Salty's on Alki just has the best view of Seattle; it's a plus that the food is delicious as well.
Our waiter was excellent. We took a friend who was visiting from out of town and he loved it as well.
Salty's has always been our Go To restaurant when you have guests from the heartland. The food, the view, the ambiance just fit the perspective of guests of what Seattle is all about. And without the traffic and parking fiasco of downtown.
Great food-Great service-amazing views!
I was very disappointed that the restaurant didn't give something to the birthday person. I very specific that we had 3 people with birthdays and they didn't do anything. They didn't even say happy birthday. It was only 3 of us and it costed us almost $250.00 with 2 drinks. I asked for a window seat and we had balloons in our way for the view.
My family and I had an enjoyable Sunday brunch at Salty's. Our waiter (Percy) was excellent and the buffet options were plentiful. Very good!
Waited 20 minutes past reservation time, but not a huge deal. Service was great. Environment is pleasing. Food is just ok, and a bit overpriced for what’s presented.
This was our first time dining at Salty's and our waiter, Nash, was AMAZING! We were celebrating our anniversary and he made sure that we had a memorable experience. The food was phenomenal, as were the drinks! I highly recommend the Maple bourbon creme brulee...it was SO good! Just a perfect evening with stunning views of the city.
It was a great experience!
Good food, great service, best view in Seattle. We've been there often and will go back whenever we want to treat ourselves to good seafood.
Had lunch to celebrate my Aunt’s birthday. Arrived at our window table that was decorated with balloons and a nice birthday card. Our lunch included chowder, Caesar salad, cod sandwich and Bloody Mary’s. The food was great and drinks terrific. Complimentary coconut cake was served after our main course, which was so thoughtful ; it was fabulous! Thank you Salty’s for making my Aunt’s day special.
Words can’t describe how the experience was so I suggest you go and experience it for yourself! service, food, the view! everything sa beyond expectations!
Food was great and the service was friendly. But the cost is quite high. A place you'd go on a special occassion. 2 adult brunch and couple of drinks cost over $160 not including tip.
It's a place to visit once a year.
Wonderful place for a great brunch. The server recommended we try to come again and try different days. She (the server) was extremely helpful. Great seafood cuisine!
Mediocre at best. It is possible to eat your money's worth, but I did not.
Fantastic seafood, incredible view of downtown Seattle and seals in the Sound. Wonderful service and an all-around great experience!
Very pleasant 2 hours. Was hoping champagne was free. Did not enjoy my Bellini. Not sweet enough. Ham was delicious!!
Katie served me very well on my Birthday and was very patient with my mother and her requests.
Thanks for making out birthday a special one!
Awesome place for any occasion. Highly recommend for brunch!
Our first ever experience at Salty’s was for a Saturday Brunch for a birthday. I could not have dreamed of a better experience. Lots of amazing options for food, especially seafood and desserts! The cocktails were made perfectly. Our server and every staff member we encountered were so positive and helpful. The view of the sound and Seattle through their large windows is remarkable. A truly memorable experience. We will be back!
Our server was super nice and sweet. Food was great. Lots of varieties. Great experience overall. Will come back for sure.
Fantastic as always, but the chef’s salmon special was off the charts! Excellent service with Brian.
My birthday guest and I enjoyed a superb lunch at Salty's on Alki! When we arrived, colorful balloons and a "Happy Birthday" note greeted us at the table. Our server surprised us with both a complimentary appetizer plate and Salty's signature white-chocolate-mousse cake topped with a candle.
Salty's service was outstanding, from the hostess who greeted us to our server and all other waitstaff. The spectacular view from our window table and quiet environment provided us a beautiful and serene experience. My guest enjoyed all of it.
Many thanks, Salty's!
We had a great time and the food was terrific. Our server was wonderful. It made for a lovely time and now a nice memory.
Excellent all the way around... service, table selection and the food.
The views are spectacular here! Very attentive service and a menu that pleases everyone make Salty’s an excellent choice for special occasions.
Great food and service like always. I've been there several times for brunch but brought two of my friends that have not experienced the weekend brunch. They had a great time and plenty of food to eat. Will be back for sure.
