Incredible brunch! Seafood and all the favorites!!!!
In spite of making the reservation weeks in advance we were given a horrible table even though there were better empty tables. When I asked to be seated elsewhere the hostess refused. The bartender and waiters were carrying on a very loud conversation about video games while I was at the buffet table I can't see a benefit to making a reservation if they reserve you the worst table in the restaraunt
Always a great time at Salty’s. Love the live music, the beautiful waterfront view, and the great food!
We had the copper river salmon and really enjoyed it!!
The food and service was amazing. The bartender didn’t miss a beat, the Moscow mule is a must!!!! The chowder was the best that I have in a very long time and the coconut shrimp was delicious!!!! The brisket burger was amazing, with an extensive burst of flavor. The shrimp linguine was too notch!! Anytime I come to visit Seattle, Salty’s is my go to spot. The dungess crab was to die for. I give Salty’s a 20/10!!!!
I absolutely loved Saltys! Amazing food... We had the Copper River Salmon. Our server Tristan was so much fun we actually came back again 2 nights later. Desserts were also fantastic! The beautiful ocean view and sunset made it a perfect evening.
Salmon & Steelhead were very good. Prawn cocktail quite large - big enough to share. Tad, our server was excellent, and helped make our birthday celebration special. Prices are high, so the value is not what it could be. However we enjoyed our meal, and will likely be back.
A friend received her Ph.d.
Fantastic food and service. I will DEFINITELY be back!!
I have been to Saltys a few times. Food is always excellent and service is something to brag about. This visit was a little different, we had a new server and she was a little lost. It took a long time for her to come to the table. I was excited to order the Bloody Mary Bar! I also ordered a crepe at this time. We went to get our food. We were on plate 2 when our drinks arrived. My Bloody Mary was already made. My crepe was never ordered and did not arrive until we had been there for an hour. I am sure this server will develop over time. It is just not the service I am used to at this establishment. I will day the bussers did an excellent job!
The service was exceptional, and the views on the water are incredible at sunset.
It was wonderful meal of fresh halibut, asparagus & potatoes & frozen delicious margaritas. Delicious!
Food, once we finally got it, was excellent. Ordered bread, took forever to get it. Ordered salads and soup, again, unreasonable wait time. Then our entrees came up BEFORE soup and salads. They were apologetic and comped the salads. First time at the Redondo location. Won't go back there will just do the seattle licske.
The small portions don't match the big price 😭
Even it up and you'll be great! 😎👍
Took my mom for an early mother’s day brunch yesterday. I was not impressed at all. Every time I went to the Buffett things were empty. The egg Benedict and salmon were ice cold. For the price I expected more. Our server was not very attentive.
Great view, food and service.
We had a 6 pm reservation and arrived about 15 minutes early. Waited in the bar and the bartender was very good. It was a little loud in there. Next we sat out side and the sun was right in my face. And plastic chairs were kinda icky. For the cost of a meal the chairs really should be better Wish there were a few more umbrellas for some shade. Other than that everything was top notch
A great place to experience a northwest meal, view and sunset!
Wait staff led by Tisa was very helpful and thorough. The outdoor table on such a glorious day as last Monday was perfect.
Great food great service outstanding atmosphere
We went for my birthday. This used to be a great dining experience. The tables are very close and crowded. The food has gone way downhill. The coconut shrimp (3 per order for $10) were over cooked and dry. The 1LB MANILA CLAMS (came is a large soup bowl for $15) I had 2pc fish and chips (ample portions for $15), they were dripping oil after the first bite making the remaining fries soggy in oil. The fries are very good before becoming oily. My granddaughter and daughter had shrimp and chips which were great, (good portions for $15). My daughter had simple halibut which was moist for $38. My wife had crab and shrimp Louie Louie salad (she did not like it and I didn't try it for $22). The service was fast at first and the server was very friendly. I judge continued service on how long my soda sits empty before the server refills it. Being one of only 5 tables I expected it to be refilled fairly quickly, instead it sat empty, even after the food was brought. It wasn't until we received the check that she asked if I wanted a refill.
Salty’s is consistently good. Restaurant needs a major remodel/facelift. Very dated and dirty.
It was great! Grace was fantastic! She made sure our food was perfect and to our liking. A+
It was freezing at our table - the vent from the wall was blowing cold air. The food tasted good, but the portions were small and expensive.
We were in Seattle for Barbershop quartet convention and made a special effort to have dinner before we left.
Brantley was awesome !!!
Service was perfect
For a special evening with a special person in a fun place with delicious seafood, this spot should be on your list.
We had a reservation; however, the host forgot us so we waited around for 15 minutes. While we were waiting, one of the waitstaff was talking about crossbody bags at the host station and how she didn’t like them because they “made boobs look weird”; meanwhile I was wearing a messenger bag so um awkward. The restaurant was busy but not full; several open tables-to what end, I’m not sure. The fried calimari was good (because it’s fried) but not exceptional. The caesar salads came about a minute before the entrees and there was crab shell in my friend’s salad. Her surf and turf steak was over done so she sent it back. The waiter came back with the steak and a flashlight to argue (for the chef) that it was cooked correctly. Now look, if you need to whip out a flash light to find the pink in a steak on a sunny afternoon-it’s not cooked right. I had the seafood fettuccine which was also unexceptional. The waiter was fine for a newbie. I feel the only thing going for this location is the view and is certainly not worth the hype or cost.
It has been a while since I had brunch at Salty’s. This visit was disappointing compared to my past experiences. I was disappointed in the prime rib. It was pre-cut in thin slices and placed in a serving dish. As it warmed, it became tough. Seafood chowder was quite good. Some of the items were good and others not so good. But my guests enjoyed brunch at Salty’s for their first time.
What has happened to Salty's signature white chocolate mousse cake? Every time I go for brunch , it gets less and less. A vanilla cupcake is not a piece of white chocolate mousse cake. So disappointing.
Attended Sunday brunch 4/22/18. Food was somewhat bland and tasteless on this visit. Blackened salmon needed more seasoning. Ham tasted like canned ham. Honey few melon was tough, unripe and tasteless. Gravy for biscuits flat and needs more seasoning. Very disappointed in overall taste, it's gone downhill since last visit.
The menu is short and the food is expensive but we enjoyed our meal. The one major shortcoming was the service, which was very weak. We had to order the wine twice, the bread came after the main course was served, and the waiter serving the main wasn't sure he was at the right table.
But the view was lovely, and the atmosphere is noisy but friendly.
Saltys is always great. Their cheese plate and steaks are amazing. Seafood can't be beat. Best is the view as you're right on the water. A must when family comes to town.
Salty’s is one of the great Seattle restaurants and never fails to deliver. The Redondo Beach location is on the water (literally) in a part of town most people don’t know exists. The setting and food are always top-notch.
Noisy! Overpriced for what you get. Need sunshades for sunset dining....those you already have inadequate for people facing sun. Waitstaff great. Anthony's a better value.
Very good food. They had a welcome balloon and sign for our anniversary dinner. After dinner they gave us a piece of white chocolate mousse cake. Great service.
Been going to Salty's at Redondo for years. Loved it then, love it now.
First time trying out the restaurant week.
Salty's had a great selection to choose from and the food was delicious!
Awesome waiter Philip who took good care of us.
Outstanding food and very attentive service. I'm never disappointed with the food or drinks at this restaurant.
