Saltgrass Steakhouse - The Golden Nugget - Las Vegas

The food was great and so was was the service! We had a great time!

The steak was amazing everything about this dinner experience was over the top, from getting greeted at the front, to getting seated and their customer service and timing on getting our food. Can’t wait to come back again definitely it’s a must to come here when visiting vegas

Food was delicious. Steak was perfectly tender and made as ordered. Server attentive and kind. COVID-19 precautions were taken and appreciated. Reservations were needed but were honored on time once we arrived. We asked to split a meal and they brought it already split and half. Over and beyond service! Would definitely recommend.

For Las Vegas, especially inside Golden Nugget, this is a gem of a restaurant. I had the filet mignon and my boyfriend had the salmon oscar. We were both SUPER happy with our choices, and the food was done perfectly. And the prices were awesome compared to other steakhouses in Vegas!! The drink and wine menu was pretty good, I would have like to see a little more choice for red wine by the glass at a steakhouse - but I think maybe Covid has menus shortened up in Vegas all over. We were seated right next to the kitchen door, which was disappointing since we had made reservations days in advance. It was loud and alot of people surrying by our table the entire time (we could even hear conversations between manager/employees about things we didn't need to hear). But that one small drawback was over-shadowed by the amazing food, and our very attentive and friendly server. We will be back Saltgrass Steakhouse Las Vegas!!

Menu is super small. Not enough selection.

I miss the grotto however salt grass is a nice recovery

We didn’t get seated inside the restaurant- it was more like an add on area- food was amazing! Porterhouse Steak was cooked perfectly! Waiter was ok- he did his job efficiently and quick, perhaps too quick - but didn’t make us feel welcome at all-

As usual Saltgrass was outstanding the food rivals mortons or any other the service was 5 star alternation to detail far exceeded the prices we paid , I’ve never been disappointed at any saltgrass in texas or Las Vegas now

We were celebrating, had eight guests so we had two tables of four, our server arranged very nice area. Service was great, as always, the food was great. Very nice evening.

Wowed! Seating was excellent! Service was excellent! When kitchen made a mistake, server acted promptly and kitchen made it right second time!

I would avoid this location there is too many good places to eat in Las vegas. I ordered a steak and it was to be cooked medium and half of it was burnt they couldn't even get the meals to the right people we had to switch them after they served the table. I asked for a baked potato with extra butter and I got a potato with butter and sour cream. They gave my wife the wrong salad. In other words I don't think they had one thing right! I will never eat at this location ever again.

The ribs were a dream. They just fell off of the bone. It was one of the best meals I’ve has this week in Vegas. The price was right too.

To be honest, I didn’t expect much. But it was better than I thought. I started with a shrimp cocktail which was pretty good (3,75 out of 5 stars), followed by a 16oz RibEye med rare (3,75/5) ... I added some grilled shrimp at $9,99 but this was very disappointing since they charged $2,50 a piece - for a very tiny little shrimp... Drinks were ok, nice pour, Tito’s Brand. Would I return? Probably. Service was polite and efficient.

When we got to the restaurant we got there a little early. The hostess said they would seat us closer to our reservation time. Not a problem I stated. so about 10 min later they came and took us to our table. The table was beside the glass that looked outside to the pool and aquarium. The temperature was nice at first but it got cooler as time went on. If you go make sure if your sitting in this area it's not at night on a cold night. Other than that the food was great and filling. Nice place to go and eat. We will go again.

Birthday gift

We had an excellent dinner. We had been very concerned because we also dined here Friday and they messed out food up 5 yes FiVE times

Celebrated the daughter’s birthday. They do not give a complimentary piece of cake, you need to purchase a slice for about $10. I also went to have shiner bock beer with my dinner and they do not have it. Well, the food was good and service was fast. Not sure if it is because of Covid, but the experience is not the same as the Laughlin location.

I’m from California. The first Salt Grass I’ve been to was in Midland, Tx and i fell in love!! So when one opened in Vegas i was soo excited!! We had steak and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned delicious!!! I highly recommend the Texas Tea!!! Vegas did not disappoint! I will be back!!
