Poor service. Waited 20 minutes to get a drink. Was told they’d bring out bread right away but it took another 30 min. You’d expect better service for the prices. We sat right next to the kitchen so it was loud.

are you kidding me???? I made reservations for Thanksgiving Dinner. When we arrived (at 3:00 p.m.) we were informed that that they were out of Thanksgiving Dinner. There was no mention that supplies were limited in their advertisement. This is not only false advertising, it shows little or no respect for the Customers. This should have been listed as a "Thanksgiving Lunch". We left,as I was not going to give my hard earned money to an establishment such as this. We will never return, and I will advise all that I meet to avoid this restaurant.

The Filet / Steak was cooked to perfection and the Carrot cake was awesome. The waiter did a great job of getting our food in a timely manner and keeping our glasses full at all times.

Steaks are good. Nashville hot chicken is not good. Mashed potatoes are good. You MUST make reservation or you will wait for one hour.

The filet mignon was incredible, the home made bread fresh out of the oven so good, crab cake appetizer was great. I loved the tropical sangria. Such a great selection of different drinks it was hard to decide! Everything we had was so good, The service was also very good. We were looking to experience a little bit of the Texas ambiance and food since our first time here, felt like we definitely got that great experience there!

The brisket burger I had was fantastic, plate presentation was on point. The salads looked picturesque and the frozen crown and coke was a good choice. The service was solid too. Couldn’t be happier with this experience, very impressive considering it was Mother’s Day too.

After a very long wait, our steaks were both not hot enough. They would not even melt the trademark butter on top. Extremely disappointing. Only got an I'm so sorry from the manager. Doubt we will be back very soon. No wonder Texas Roadhouse is always much busier most of the time.
