It’s took them 7 mins to seat us BUT took them 1 hour to take our food order , food wasn’t the best especially for how much your paying

The Good was not good quality the restaurant and the bathroom where dirty The service very very slow I have been in many SaltGrass restaurants and this was not what I expected

This is our second year celebrating Mother's Day at this location. We are always so pleased with the customer service and the accommodations they provide us with. We come to this location a lot and doesn't matter if we have a small party or a very big party, there's always a table for us. We have never waited more than 15min and in honesty, that only happened one's. The food is always so delicious, the waiters are very friendly and every thing is wonderful. Thank You for the professionalism.

We made a reservation but when we arrived were told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. When I inquired about why we had to wait if we had a reservation I was told because “we’re swamped” my only problem with that is that they were still showing availability on open table. Maybe considering updating your open availability. I chose to go here because there wasn’t a wait. Also the redfish was tasteless and over cooked.

We had a fantastic time at Saltgrass Steak House! The food was delicious — the steaks were cooked perfectly, and everything was full of flavor. The service was excellent from start to finish. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal, whether you’re celebrating something special or just enjoying a night out. We’ll definitely be coming back and bringing friends and family along with us!

Nice service but food didn’t meet our expectations. Managed well but undercooked food took some time but they redid and it was ok.

Meal was perfect. Steak perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. Service was outstanding, with waitress Missy. She was filled with Joy and such a pleasure. We went in for nice meal and left with Joy infused boost!

Our waitress was one of the best I’ve ever had in any Resturant !!! She was very kind, took care of our request’s/ order and didn’t rush us!!!!!!
