   Great patio setting for the dog, with a dog menu to please the precious canines. The indoor rooms are lovely -- light and airy and fun. Food was lovely. A great place!

   Ambiance wan’t good, tables are in the middle, there is no space between them, it is like all you can eat restaurant. Service was very bad and slow ! We have been waited so long maybe 55 minutes for main course.

   ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Right across the street from Hampton Inn was the BES oysters, duck and clams I have EVER had and I just got back from a Mediterranean cruise Yup, the seafood was the best

   The restaurant’s decor is very nice and you smell the wood smoke as soon as you walk in so it starts off well. The service was also very good it’s just the food that missed the mark. Everything was salty and the potato came covered in foil that we couldn’t get off when we pointed it out they told us it was edible! Why would anyone want that?

   Food was great, our server was really attentive and fast, our table was ready, and we arrived 15 minutes early, chefs toast was delicious. Fries were so crispy. Duck and pateé was great. Salmon was a little small but really good.

   Our waiter Danny was so kind and very professional. He explained the menu and options thoroughly and his recommendations were 10/10. Favorite pick was the jalapeño Mac & cheese and the truffle butter oysters. But it was all amazingly delicious.

    The oysters were excellent but pricy. The wait staff were terrific. The outside patio was very cool and there were no heaters so our plan to sit outside didn't happen. But the inside fireplace was a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine.

    Our first and most likely our last Key dissointments knclude Oysters at $4.75 each way over priced Service was non existent Waiter was no where to be seen most of the night All items were over priced Good was tasty yet small sizes Really a total bust We were thinking it might be a place for a long weekend high end work shop but not now

    Made me pay $100 for a reservation and forgot about me and my wife after we checked it. I asked the host for a table after 35 minutes and then it took him about 5 minutes to seat us in a section of open tables. Server didn’t come us until I asked the host to send them. Paid $49 for a prime rib with no sides included. Could have made one just as good a lot cheaper.

    We came for mother's day dinner thinking we would avoid the brunch chaos. The front of the house staff were very nice and helpful but the kitchen was very slow. We were seated at 6pm and it took almost an hour for the appetizers to be served, even the cold oyster appetizer took that long. And then a similar wait for our entrees to arrive. We do like the new menu and pricing and think it is an improvement.

    We were only able to get an afternoon reservation for Mother's Day, which turned out to be a lesson in securing better reservations next time. The staff was definitely no longer fresh, our server couldn't answer basic questions on the wine list because she wasn't 21 yet, and the table was stacked with dirty dishes when dessert came. Just a really lackluster service experience. A few dishes were missing components (acai bowl didn't have any acai) and we all just agreed to let it go because it wasn't easy to get staff attention anyway. The service we did receive was friendly and it honestly seemed a management issue more than a failing of the staff. Perhaps reservations were available too late into the day for the staff to properly accommodate.

    We ate here twice for dinner during our stay at the Sanctuary. Overall, the plate presentation was lovely and well thought out, but the food preparation was disappointing and everything was à la carte (including bread at $9 for 4 slices) and accompaniments for the entrée.

    Olive bread, Caesar salad, and seafood risotto all had a creative delicious spin! I want to come back. The only bad was minimal support at the bar and overpriced small oysters for our pre dinner experience.

    While the food and atmosphere were great, we waited quite a long time to order. It took what felt like a long while to order apps and drinks and then 1.5hr into our reservation we finally got someone other than our server to take our dinner order.

    Very disappointed in the food. The presentation was nice however the flavor was just not good. Very nice waitress but service was lacking. It was a very slow night so the six of us expected more. Have been here before for drinks and appetizers and it was excellent so we really were disappointed.

    Went for Easter Dinner, they had a wonderful buffet with some great food. I was a little taken aback when the bill arrived and had a 20% gratuity added. Don’t get me wrong, the service was good and I probably would have tipped about 20% anyway - but to add it to a bill for a buffet? Seemed like a bit of a reach!

    We were staying nearby and came here for dinner. We had our dog with us and they were so accommodating. Stacey was the best, she was very attentive and made sure we had a great experience! Had a great time and came back for brunch!

    I chose this place for my birthday dinner with my close friends and family, but quickly regretted it. Upon arrival, the hostesses disappeared and we sat waiting to check-in for our reservation. When she returned she immediately answered the phone and didn’t acknowledge us. Another employee arrived, who seemed annoyed that she was going so slow. Finally the gentleman sat us. Our waiter came and appeared to be a little frantic. The menu was more simple than I though, but we were excited to try to the tomahawk. We ordered wine, but the waiter returned with different bottles stating that they did not have a full bottle of the wine I wanted which resulted in us paying double what we thought the bottle of wine would cost. The food was actually wonderful. Very well prepared, but when asked if we asked to see the wine menu to order more wine, the waiter forgot to bring the menu so we just got the check. Overall, the food was great, definitely recommend the tomahawk to share, but the service needs a lot of improvement. I wish I had eaten somewhere else and saved the embarrassment of charging my friends for bad service. If I return I would sit a the bar.

    My wife was very fond of the duck. I had the small steak, very tasty. We also had the salmon collar for an appetizer. Good flavor, but undercooked. Staff was friendly and courteous.

    Waiter acknowledged our anniversary before we even mentioned it, from the notes of open table. Gave us free champagne to celebrate. Duck entree came with duck liver pate, an unexpected surprise. Drinks were delicious. Overall a great time.

    Very expensive. 4 small slices of olive bread cost $9. We can get a loaf of James Beard award bread at home for $7.50. Fish and chips was excellent at $30.00. It was very cold in the dining room. Stacks of wood at entry but fireplace not in use. Greeter at door not too friendly, neither was our waitstaff person. All in all, for the prices paid, could have been a much more enjoyable experience.
