   This was one of the best meals we've ever had. The location and restaurant itself were stunning. Service and staff were superb. And the food was incredible. The flavors, presentation, and serving sizes were all perfection. Would absolutely dine here again.

   As indicated with 5 stars, all was excellent. The only downside side was an extremely noisy group that ruined the ambiance. The views are gorgeous, and it was so yummy, I came back for a second evening.

   Beautiful environment, some food was amazing, some just average. Service was average- our waitress came to take our full order within 10 minutes, and when we expressed a desire to move more slowly, we didn't see her again for 20 minutes! A bit disappointing- had to find other servers to help us order wine, etc....and it wasn't overwhelmingly busy. Some of our food was amazing! and some just ok.

   We had a wonderful time at our birthday dinner, very good customer service. The menu was very limited, no steak or fish choices. I will return again when I am in Anguilla.

    The setting is very pretty, with beautiful ocean view. The structure is daunting & overwhelming. The service is detached & average. The food is average & expensive. Skip & head to Celeste.

    This was my second time dining at Salt and I was even more impressed by both the service and food. It was our anniversary and at the end of our meal we were served with a delectable chocolate dessert topped with a sparkler. It was a welcomed surprise and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, from from greeting to good bye, the Salt experience was 5 star. I definitely will be returning, if not for dinner, maybe buffet breakfast.

    Stunning restaurant! Shoutout to Tuan our amazing server who made our anniversary dinner so special! We were on the fence about trying the goat meat so he brought us a small sample! It’s thoughtful gestures like that that make four seasons employees the best in the world! They create memories for you! Food and views were amazing!

    Amazing! Food was perfectly prepared, menu selections were very thoughtful & local to Anguilla - our server made insightful recommendations which we took & thoroughly enjoyed! The wine list was accommodating for selection & price points, the wait staff was outstanding & Tiffany, the hostess was the perfect person to set the welcoming & accommodating tone with a delish welcome drink! We cancelled another resy for later this week to return!

    The food and ambiance were excellent, but what really made our experience exceptional was the staff -- every person we spoke with or even just saw in passing seemed friendly, helpful, and professional.     Amazing food and views. The pumpkin soup is to die for. The fish of the day was mahi mahi and would 100% recommend getting when it is on the menu. The Salt chocolate textures for dessert is a must.

    We have been to Salt multiple times. When making the reservation, I put that it was our 26th wedding anniversary but no mention from anyone about it. Why ask??? I don't mind overpaying for a dinner ( and the prices here are ridiculous) but I do expect to get a minimum "value" based on the price. Our wine was $29/glass. Ok, I dont mind but the pour was very, very small. My steak was undercooked, which should be impossible because it was a Tagliata so it was sliced and there is no way a chef would confuse the temperature. After I sent it back to be cooked longer, The manager came by and asked about the meal. She said she would check on it, but then continued down the line of tables talking to each table for an extended period of time. My meal came back out before she was done talking to every table. Why offer to "check on it" if you have absolutely no intention of going to actually check on it. My food was just ok. My wife had the Tuna which she said was delicious. Previoulsy the person offering Jonny Cakes mixed the Salt in front of us and told us about the history of the island, etc. Last night he just sat down an already made dish of Salt and just told us what it was. Our server was minimal interaction with no personality at all. Maybe we expect more for what we are paying and that it is the Four Seasons but it fell way short of any interest in returning. Owning a place here in Anguilla, we visit often but this restaurant will be off our list and off our recomended list to our renters. There is just way to many other fantastic restaurants on the island to have this experience.

    The restaurant is in a beautiful spot overlooking the water. The menu is decent but limited. We were told upon arrival that they were very busy so we should order quickly, which left us feeling rushed. Food prep was very good, but overall the value wasn’t there.

    Lots of hiccups with this dining experience. Apparently they were swamped and they knew it. Food was delayed, orders confused etc etc. the surprising part is how delicious everything was once all was resolved. I think they were having some adjustment problems with the season beginning and more diners than expected. Typical four seasons they were on top of it and apologized and compensated. So don’t let this experience hold you back from trying the restaurant. Just try to dine off peak until their staffing and mojo return. And it will!
